Hi, too much snowy stuff to sit and sort, sorry, flatwounds are La-Bella 767-6F, postage I'm guessing at twenty five quid, would have to weigh it to be more precise, Ta. -

Hi, a year old, wearing flatwounds and it's been to a professional luthier to have the problematic bridge sorted, the trem bridge has been proffesionley set "solid", ok he wedged it, so it can be undone if need be. Although it comes with the tremelo arm you can't use it currently. Included is the tweed case, tweeked to fit 🐾

Hi, a two year old Landing short scale bass with integral roland pick-up to suit a Gr55 synthesiser, hand crafted by Jimmy Wilson in America for a customer who suffered illness whilst the instrument was being manufacturered, so I bought it. The pickups are passive Bartolini's, some synth controls built in to the guitar, the synthesiser is stock gr55 and includes all leads except normal guitar leads. You can play the bass on its own, you can use the synth on its own, or both simultaneously. I've put flatwounds on some time ago and now realise I need to tweek the synth pick-up height, hey-ho. This is my first ad here so I'll probably leave summat important out, but thanks anyway. 🐾

So, nobody want to recommend a make of flatwounds for a 2008 660 Ric ?, i bet Tom Petty never used any but hey, worth a try.

Scott Whitley brought it to my home himself and B/Country are appearing at the local Picturedrome a mile from where i live in March, dare'nt go see them now !

Hi, i pulled the Seer bass because of so little interest , i was quite surprised because a six string Nevada guitar i also listed worth peanuts had 70 watchers. anyway its gone to a huge Big Country fan so all is Ok, not sure if he can even play bass or putting it on the wall.

Hi folks, have just aquire a 2008 Rickenbacker 660 and would like an education on changing strings. It's presently on 9 guage which are too slim Jim for me, logically I should go for tens but I enjoy 11 guage on a guild I have, BUT every string on any of my guitars, bass or otherwise are flatwounds. Would anyone have knowledge of this make of guitar when fitted with flatwound strings, is it a no-no ?, thanks, 🐾

As I don't deserve anything better due to lack of talent, I got this mint Nevada for seventy quid off the 'bay' and dropped the Emg's in with a new wiring harness. It's been proffesionley set up which cost more than the original price.

Yes, yes, Yes ! your so right, two 15" Orange cabs is the way, I have a 2x10" orange cab if I need some highs, run it with one of the 15's. 🐾

Hi, I fancy some kind of keyboard/organ sounding jobby that I could use as a very basic "filler" cum backing track. Something that is almost one key does a chord ? I have no idea where to start, HELP ! IT doesn't want to be big or expensive, or need a computer. Thanks.

I live in a small two bed bungalow, detached. I live on my own, very detached ! I practise to tracks off youtube played through a 100 watt bass amp into a 2x12 marshall guitar cab, my bass is running through two 15" cabs powered by a 300 watt Head, no one calls, not one witter despite the folk at the bus stop all looking at my place simultaneously , hah ! Neighbour says I have to stick to Gary moore stuff cos she enjoys his guitar riffs, sorry, I don't own headphones, can't think why, there'll be a reason, smirk.

I asked for the CD as a Chrissy present, sounds way better at window rattling level in the house than in the car. Yeah, it's a bit samey in places, so are a lot of other artists output, it's as usual one man's opinion. Worth a listen !
