If you're a jazz bass man with a nice budget then be sure to check out Sadowsky, Sandberg & Shuker. I'd personally also try the new Fender American Deluxe, as they look pretty damn tidy.
Bare in mind you could also get a lot more bang for your buck going second hand though.
That is lovely, looks in great condition as well. First Shuker Jazz I've seen pop up here. You'll need to state a price though as in line with forum rules.
Good luck with the sale.
American interest now gone, with one bloke still interested, but would mean shipping to Austria. Any UK interest?
Get it sold mate!!!
Fancy a swap? A new in packet set of Ernie Ball Extra Slinky Bass 2845 - 40,60,70,95 - you post yours & I'll post mine
Cheerz, John
Ohh uhh!!
Yeah I'd be up for that. PM'd
Where are you based mate? Theres an American online store that do them really cheap, I need to get some more soon. Maybe we could split postage? If you decide to give them a go of course...
Following on with my clearout to raise needed cash up, for sale is a Warwick MEC 3 band preamp & gold hardware.
I bought it from another member a couple of years or so ago but never got round to fitting it to the Thumb bass I had at the time that it was intended for. It has lived in the packet it was delivered in since I got it.
As far as I'm aware it is exactly the same preamp that is fitted to Warwicks at present, & these cost 349 euros new on the warwick site.
The battery clip did not come with the preamp, but one is easily obtainable.
£65 + p&p for both.
Or seperately £60 for preamp & £5 for hardware.
Cheers
Joe
Really didn't like it when I heard it the first time, through a link here on BC IIRC? It has grown on me a bit, at least enough for me to check out a bit more of the album before writing it off.
That chorus is just so weak though.
Good strings: last a while, nice & bright, always a decent price on them. Deff worth a punt, just don't expect them to last as long as those fancy pants Elixirs!
Why not use Warwick directly through their site? When I've made orders they've had everything I've needed in stock & have been fast to deliver. They answer any queries pretty fast as well.
Don't let small hands hold you back. Mine are not only small but child like as well lol.
Good advice above, I'd be careful about doing any finger specific stretching though as could hurt yourself. Practicing scales over & over gradually moving down the neck is the sort of thing that should help.
Withdrawn, for now & hopefully for good. I've hopefully found a way around recent money troubles that doesn't include selling anymore of my gear! Sorry to waste anyones time. I have PM'ed all who showed interest to let them know.
Cheers
Joe
Ebay links isn't an open forum though!
Do tell again.
Be nice to keep it here, and also, I may well be interested in buying it back in a few years time!
This really chimes in with my point the other day lol.
