Yeah, I've got some thoughts. Having heard this song a hundred times since it came out, and having learned it on guitar when I was about 18, I think I'd have been very happy with this. It's obviously a bit loose here and there with a few batty riders happening, but it's damn good. S.A.T.O. was my favourite to play though. Nice drumming dude, very nice. You a drummer or bass or both? I bet you play some guitar too, right?

With the result that Tom came over and bought my bootylicious Wilkins Jazz. We had a couple of beers and damn good chin wag for a few hours. I can't think of a better home for my bass, and Tom is an absolute diamond. I'll be at his first gig with it in London. Not many people there on a Tuesday usually, according to the staff, Thursday onwards is best, but it's a great venue, great sound too, great sound engineer. Decent sized stage, loads of monitoring and good kit - big desk, friendly people. We played a damn good set and got lots of good feedback. Really enjoyed it - we played to about 25 people but they were very nice
