1. I had it set up to provide a light grind when I dug in, but a noticeable sheen and sparkle to my normal tone. It kinda makes old strings sound newer, and sounds awesome with brand new strings.

Which wah next
Dunlop 105Q Best (reasonably priced) bass wah out there in my opinion. Does it's job and does it with no downsides in my opinion. Running some nice overdrive into it creates a tone unlike any other wah I have used (on guitar or bass). Does not do the distorted Burton screams well, but that's not what I want to use it for. Great for funk and although the physical sweep is smaller than both of the other wahs I have tried, it is more sensative of the others. Also has a smaller footprint than the others.
Having owned one of these in the past, I agree with this. Nice mini-review
3. No one wants an amazing drive pedal?
4. I have the iAmp 600 and I LOVE it! Really great sound. Tayste speaks the truth!!
5. Fantastic drive pedal/clean boost. Can add just a touch of sparkle to your sound or just fatten things up. No low end loss, perfect for guitar OR bass. This pedal is in MINT condition with original manual, box, and Fulltone sticker. £80 including Next Day Special Delivery.
6. Absolutely fantastic guy to deal with, I would gladly deal with him again. Top bloke!!
7. As TaySte says, I've been borrowing it while my Mutron is being repaired, and it really does sound virtually identical. Very cool pedal, and worth getting. If I had the cash I'd buy it as a backup for my Mutron! Good luck with the sale mate.
8.
Righty, my current board is: - Akai Deep Impact - Boss OC-3 - EHX Nano Bass Balls - MXR Bass Blowtorch - Digitech BSW Now, as much as I like the slightly synthy, grumbly noises I get from my Blowtorch, I feel that my board lacks some grinding. Would it be worth investing in an overdrive or some sort of driver or distortion to work either independently or with my Fuzz (as I've heard some people say you can get some good sounds combining the two). Ideas/suggestions please!
Just a little suggestion - Maybe swap the positions of the BassBalls and BSW. The BSW should be nearer the front of the chain for best tracking, and Fuzz into Filter gives some synthy madness! Just my 2 pennies worth
9.
I have a tonefactor cream pie for sale. It is boxed and in immaculate condition. It's a great overdrive pedal, very clear and gritty. Does the QOTSA bass sound well. You cant get these any more under the tonefactor name so it's collectable to boot. Sounds equally as sweet on guitar as on bass. It has a small footprint so should fit on even the most crammed board. £50 posted. Deal or what!
NEED MONEYYY
10.
For 18v leads if you can't find any you can just use those ones that come with a £20 Maplin brick just incase you mhave one lying around but I'm pretty sure Higgie should have 2 of those already
Yup, I have a few of those spare.
11. I can see it now! Great vid.
12.
How much for the brick? sorry to sound really stupid but would it be able to power my Digitech BP80 and Behringer stompbox? I am really not good at the electonic side of things!
If they are both 9 or 18V DC units, then yes! What are the power requirements of the BP-80?
13. Bump Fat Boost and DC brick still available. Price drops on both as I REALLY need the cash!
14. Akai headrush for looping mate, you won't look back, honest.
15. WHY OH WHY AM I SKINT
16. Is it just me or is the second vid down? The first one was great! Im gonna have to learn how to do that, heh.
17.
i think the adapter supplied with the reissue whammy is 900ma, but ye a 750 would run it fine
The one supplied with the reissue is 1300mA.
18.
Diago is my personal choice of board. Robust and solid. Check them out www.diago.co.uk
+100 I had a Diago Tourman for ages, but then downsized to a Showman. Diago boards are exactly as Tim says, "robust and solid". Decent prices too!
19. Kev is partially right. You need an adaptor that is 9V AC, but it should, for best results, be over 1A or 1000mA in current. The original WH-1 draws around 750mA, but the re-issue is even more power hungry!
20.
I'd snap it up in a shot if it had but one 18v connecter I need it for my MXR DI let me know pleaseeee
What is it exactly that you want? Cheers
21. Fat Boost back up for sale. £85 shipped to your door. Barge sold pending payment.
22. Cheers for clearing that up TaySte. Cheddatom, the Barge is yours if you want it. Cheers.
