1. I bought a pedal from Jon it was in fantastic condition and it got here pretty quick and it was really well packaged. I found Jon a great guy to deal with and would not hesitate to deal with him again
2. 31 people bidding on it makes the mind boggle
3. A Badass 2 will go straight on and a Gotoh 201 will also fit on without any mods
4. How old is your lad? I only ask as some of those subs are bloody heavy and if he is only small it may not suit him but apart from that they are both OK I would think I had a SUB it was an OK bass but I did not get on with it.

8. I always use Snakebite cables now I really like them but I hear nothing but good things about OBBM so could well be worth trying those out
9. Lovely cheers chaps
10. Could it be a loose wire touching something when you move the bass causing the distortion effect? the output jack should have 2 wires as in the diagram a white hot and black ground any pics as it is hard without seeing or go the easy way ans ask basschats very own Ki0gan to build you a custom loom they are great quality and well priced

16. PM'd re SD-1
17. Nice bass IMO all it needs to make it perfect is black hardware but seriously nice bass mate am pleased for you that you got what you wanted
18. Would be nice to attend but the trouble is it is such an expensive day out buy the time you put in the costs for buses/taxis train fairs and admission you can easily spend £150 before you even start and to be honest I dont think there are many average Joes who can afford to shell out that kind of money on going to the show and there is not much meat and potatoes gear it all seems to be really high end stuff.
19. Thanks Pete and Roland I will definitely be buying decent gear as cheap stuff is false economy and I always had to buy decent gear in the past for work. I had wondered about those Trend routers I may save the penny's and go for one of those or a Dewalt Cheers chaps
20.
As Sparky Mark said £97 Brand new on Ebay Free postage. I think you are probably looking at the £40-50 region maybe a bit less with the damage. Good luck with the sale bump.
Agreed that seems very fair GLWTS
21. Thanks for the answers chaps good advice I was thinking of a Black and Decker plunge router and those router bits look just the job:)
22. Hi All I am thinking of modding a couple of basses and I want to cut out new pickup routes so I know I will need jigs and forstner drill bits but I am just wondering if some one could advise me on the best type of router and bits to buy for the job? I am new to routing out for pickups so will practice plenty before hand
