5. Hi all I have just picked up another Peavey Zodiac now the wiring in it is shot to sh*t I have just about got it sorted but what has thrown me a bit is that when I strip the plastic sleeve form the pick up wires I have some wire that was directly below the shielding and when I pull it back there a 4 smaller wires inside these are coloured Red, White Green and Black I have not seen this before and wiring is not my strongest subject lol so do I just use the small Black wire as a normal ground and the small White wire as the Hot and then just put a sleeve over the Red and Green wires so they are out of the way? but then what do I do with the wire that encases the 4 smaller coloured wires?I think am I missing something here Thanks in advance all
6. Just had a proper look at these the string through bushings look like a very poor job was done on them

11. Thing is if the other chap is not going to back down I really dont see what you can do? I would not be happy if I was in your situation hopefully all can be resolved to both of your satisfactions.
12. I use strings direct or Thomann always been very happy with the prices and service from both
13. I have tried the high mass bridges but have always been more than happy with the good old BBOT bridge does what it should, easy to adjust and is reliable. I think having a Badass or whatever is a more to do with looks and status than sound but that is only my opinion
14. Hi Welcome Theres a few of us Northants boys on here and it is a nice place
15. Think ambient was looking for these mate
16. BUMP
17. Selling my Ibanez this was a bit of a project and is just about finished all it needs to complete is one bridge saddle for the G string at the moment I have put on a set of saddles from an old BBOT bridge( The 3 Ibanez saddles and screws will be included with the sale) that I had so all you need to do is replace a saddle and give the bass a quick set up and you have a nice cheap functional bass. It has new Warwick strings fitted everything works as it should it is a seriously light bass there are a few scuff and scrapes on it but nothing to nasty the colour is candy apple red any questions ask away I only want £130 for this including post
18. I like the Snakebite cables about 15 quid each I have been using them for about 3 years and really like them
19. Will you take £50 include a new hard case and post to Button Moon? lol joking aside lovely bass mate thought you would be keeping this one but GLWTS
20. I have been thinking maybe it should be mandatory to pay the £20 selling fee to join the forum and use the market place( I myself have no problem with the fees keeps things ticking along) I used to use another forum that did this and it got rid of a ton of timewasters etc and you even got a membership card and a T shirt and keyring would this work on BC? I dunno maybe some one has has more of an insight on how the forum works will know...where's that bloody Icastle when you need him lol
