  7. Is the string ok? My daughter had a similar issue on her bass and on examination, the string had been damaged where it passed over the fret in question.

  21. Здрасти! Whereabouts in Bulgaria are you based? My wife's from Sofia and I've spent a fair bit of time over there over the years. (Only made it to the Black Sea once, we tend to spend more time in the mountains).
