11.
Not at all! No piece of gear should draw more than 1.5amps on it's own.... unless you have a kettle or hairdryer in the effects chain!
don't let your missus know how much power you've got in there then! And you'll need a kettle You're obviously not thinking straight, haha
 12. mmm, i like that jazz, just oozes class
 13.
err.. what is it? i think its a stompbox modeler, but what point is there being one of them on your pc
It's good for amp/effect modeling when you're doing recording and can't afford the real thing. I doubt many of us have an ampeg SVT, a marshall plexi and a load of other valve amps plus boutique stomp boxes, and these sort of software plugins are supposed to sound really good in comparison to modeling amps like line six spiders and such. I think i'll download this, a year free, sounds like a bargain to me.
 14. I may be interested if one were to take place....
 15. You should be alright, just make sure you're well practiced. I had to play the bass part for can't stop by the chilis at college a few months ago and i hadn't played slap much for a while, after four or 5 takes i had blisters, but i got the job done. Just practice and persevere, the end results will be worth it. As long as you don't make the same mistake in the same place every time, you can edit it out anyway.
 16. There was one of those for sale on here a couple of weeks ago, nice basses, from what i hear.
 17.
Those cynically minded might wonder if you're promoting your business
IIRC spreadshirt is a pretty large business, even if he does own it, it certainly doesn't need promoting here

 20. bump, if there's no serious interest within a couple of days, on ebay it must go.
 21.
Correct. Most studios run on about 20 amps input so we should be ok.
Ah, durrr!
 22. Christ that IS cheap!
 23.
You could always take a punt on the new GK MB2 - there one on ebay atm http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/Gallien-Krueger-MB2-...emZ250360582896
I wanted one of them but i can't seem to find them anywhere over here.
