I got the price wrong! It's £230 posted. Only had this a couple of days and then a Matt Freeman (which originally had wanted) and an Oly Jazz come along and Ive ended up with all 3! As a result, I can't see this getting much use. Nice bass plays really well. Weighs in at just over 8lb. The only noticeable ding is on the neck. You can feel it but doesn't bother me at all. The neck is also less chunky than I was expecting. Chunkier than my JV P but not a baseball bat as I've read in some reviews. Below is the link to the ad where I bought it and there's a pic there. I'll try and get some more up later today http://basschat.co.uk/topic/300966-squier-classic-vibe-50s-precision-in-lake-placid-blue/ £220 collected from BB22SH or £230 posted to mainland UK. More for overseas and the buyer would pay international bank charges.

Now definitely up for sale as new headphone amp has replaced it. Silent rehearsal, in ear monitoring unit. Been using this for a few months now and it's brilliant. We now rehearse in my conservatory for free. We have saved far more in that time in rehearsal room fees than the Jamhub cost. The only reason I'm selling it is, we have a Behringer X18. The X18 has 6 aux channels which is enough for us to have individual mixes using headphone amplifiers, which effectively make the Jamhub redundant for us. Info here - https://www.andertons.co.uk/p/JHBEDROOM/live-mixers/jamhub-bedroom-for-5-musicians Plenty more info on the net though. I bought this as new a few months ago. The seller said, he bought it new and never really used it.Really compact unit in good condition. Shows signs or wear around knob on channel 1. Up to 5 musicians. We use a Yamaha electric kit on one segment, 4 other members on the others. Comprising of, 2 guitars, 1 bass and 4 vocals, plus more available. Everyone gets their own mix. Can equally be used live for in ear monitoring and FOH etc. Includes 5 mono to stereo adaptors (that you need). One original and 4 new after market ones that all work for us. Remember all this can be done silently using headphones. Original box included. Pics to follow. Any questions please ask. Will ship at buyers risk for £12. Pick up and demo from BB22SH preferred though.
I picked a Ashdown Mag 8x10 up for £60 recently, Knocks my BF Big Twin into a cocked hat IMO for tone and spread but weighs 65 Kg. Always had Ampeg Fridges and only sold them due to the weight. I'm looking for a Lightweight version and will probably sell the BF.
+1 for the Ashdown Mags. Great cabs but need a van just for the bass gear... -

Anyone bought a bass from Cash Converters website?
itsmedunc replied to YellowLedBetterBass's topic in General Discussion
I've bought a Cort bass from Cash Converters. It was shipped wrapped up in a bin bag. No extra padding beyond, I think, a single layer of bubble wrap. Because it was sold as used with finish marks, it is impossible to say what dings and dents were picked up on the road. I also bought a used Harley Benton Tele from Ebay, and I'm 99% sure it was the same outfit. Tele arrived in a bin bag as well!
I bought a bass off here and it arrived in a thick bin bag. Anyone could tell it was an instrument inside. The condition it arrived in was as described in the ad. Made me think that it was treated with more respect as the courier 'knew' what it was? -
Even with photo evidence of the pickup you are opening yourself up for the scam. He can still put a claim against you.... Paypal will ask for the tracking and you can't provided it. They will refund the buyer. Please be aware of this.
I got scammed once on ebay by sending an item. I had the tracking number and a signature from the right address. Paypal said I could not prove that the person who signed for it was the person I sold it to and refunded their money. The courier would not pay out the insurance as they had proof of delivery. Sellers seem to have no protection at all and are reliant on the honesty of the buyer.
It is a fantastic bass -- Used to be mine and it weighed an accurate 9lb exactly when I had it -- It looks gorgeous and plays superbly ( Or it did when I had it ) Will.
Thanks for that Will. My scales are useless so I went for the max weight I thought it would be. Still sounds and plays very well. It's gaining weight, the same as me! -
I love the look of the SQ series. The Sen Ash looks incredible, like the early Fender logo JV's. Shame about the weight but I've grown to find that weight really affects how I feel about a bass too. A smudge too heavy and it sits in its case more than it should.
Same here. It doesn't get used as much as it should. I've managed to find a light P now so it's farewell to the SQ... -
