1. This is oh so tempting. I really want a Precision and this would go perfectly with my jazz.
2. I have a mate who has one. I've played it a few times and remember it having a nice range of tones. Can't remember enough to give an in-depth analysis but all positive experiences for sure. I was gonna get one myself until he got his and I didn't want to look like I was copying him. It's a very pretty thing.
3.
Anything our german friend has for sale (A LOT!)
Ah yes, a basschat classic. Here's my current favourite of his: http://cgi.ebay.com/1956-GIBSON-LES-PAUL-J...A1%7C240%3A1318 "NO PARTS included"? You'd expect a little more for two and a half grand.
4. If this comes anywhere near Ipswich i'd love to have a go.
5. If this isn't gone by the time i've sold my status you may have an offer.

Lifers

At the moment my Stingray and JV Jazz feel like lifers but it's early days yet so we'll see.
7. I want that G&L.
8. I think he's tring to copy this beauty.
9. The Single H ones look better.
10. Hi 'synaesthesia', i've already accepted simon's offer, but thanks for offering to help out anyway.
11. Need to test if a B string will fit on my bass. Anyone got one lying around?
12. Still avaliable for sale or trade.
13. That bass is awesome. Miles better than any of the cheap rubbish they make these days.
14.
4. Since none of you are my immediately family, I couldn't have a "private" raffle.
You could adopt us all.
15. I doubt you'll get 100 people but if you do you can count me as one of them. As long as it's not fixed .
16. I think five strings all look a bit wierd. Except maybe the stingray 5.
17. kahler tremolo?
18.
I want so badly!!! Would you consider what I have to offer? My Trade on Basschat
Sorry, not really my thing.
19. How about a big map where you can place/pin your for sale ads, so you can easily find local basses for sale? Sorry to use big font like some annoying ebay seller but I wanted to get my idea noticed.
20.
Well at least it's "pick up only so you can see what you are getting" this time
Maybe if you try and pick up he attacks you with his power sander.
21. Wow, the basschat leftorium! Makes me wish I was a lefty.
22.
Watched with a bass on my lap! Inspirational stuff...
+1 again And i've watched it both times it's been on.
23. Thought I had a buyer but he hasn't replied to my last PM which I sent almost a weeek ago. So I guess this is still up for grabs.
24. I've been offered that 'Custom Job' (painted by a five year old) Stingray 5 for £490 as the buyer dropped out or something. I bid on it this morning hoping to get it for that sort of price and do it up myself, but something else came up on this forum this afternoon which I had to have, so sadly I won't be able to rescue it.
25. Definately interested. Probably without EMGs though. I'll just have to wait to see what happens with another bass i'm trying to get at the moment.
