1. 'LOL' accurately describes my sentiments here.
2. Not to my taste but definately a glam bass for someone there! Always liked the G&Ls.
3. Hey Joe, I've always loved these too. Let's hope we get some pictures!
4. I pretty much echo the sentiments of the majority. I always take two basses, generally my four string Shuker jazz and a various 5 string (soon to be 5 string Shuker jazz!). It's for two reasons - some of the tunes my band play require a five string, but I generally prefer playing a four, so just use a five on those particular tracks. Also if anything went wrong, it's far easier to switch to the other bass and continue with a minimum of fuss. Plus, really, after amps/cabs/flightcases/bags etc, what's one more bass in the car? Also, as all the gigs I do are paid, I think I have a duty to be professional and have all "bases" covered, so to speak. Interesting stories on here, especially the two about broken E strings on doubles, what a nightmare!! I don't suppose many double players bring a spare to a gig! Regards Mike
5. Hey, I live in Chelmsford and attend the fellowship gigs regularly - a phenomenal night. I also get lessons from Seth Govan, who's a monster player!

7. Superb looking beastie. How about a Ken Smith BT-6, 1990 model?
8. Just a quick note - if you post your email address in a public forum, it can be easily picked up by bots who will send you copious amounts of spam - I suggest you type something like marcusmiller AT gmail DOT com or [email protected]. Kind regards, Mike

22.
Is this one of Beedsters ex basses..?
As if the question needs to be asked! He's had his paws over about 95% of the basses in the For Sale forum!
23. Hey, don't worry, I think I'm just a cretin!
