'Finally' Tube DI is great condition.... can get pretty dirty with the gain up but plenty of clean headroom. Managed to fool a friend and myself in a Noble shootout at some point which was fun! I've gone a different direction with my small board setup however. £225 including UK Postage. Blurb from the website: https://www.sushiboxfx.com/product/finally/ Finally a my basic take on a tube D.I. It takes your unbalanced guitar input and feeds it through a high-voltage tube preamp then out through a high-end DI transformer and out into a balanced XLR output. You also have a 1/4″ output up top, and you can switch between dry passthrough from the input or affected output from the preamp for the 1/4″ output. Controls: 1/4" Out Dry/Pre, Gain, Ground/Lift, Level Enclosure Size: 4.7 in x 3.7 in x 1.34 in (119 mm x 94 mm x 34 mm) Milliamp Draw: 500mA @ 9vdc Warmup, 250mA @ 9vdc After Warmup Polarity: Center-negative, like most guitar pedals Tubes: 1x 12AX7 Voltage: 9-12vdc

£340 Posted in the UK https://getbackbeat.com/products/backbeat-g2 Here is a brand new Backbeat G2, with 2 strap clips & 2 stock cables. It's finally arrived after what i think was about an 18 month wait, and some chunky customs fees, and I'm not really in a position to keep it. Any questions please let me know!

Rumble 25... selling on behalf of one of my students and is just a few months old. They have already developed into needing something bigger which is nice! I use the same amp for home and teaching, and really love them. I can box up for shipping if need be but collection would be great! A few minor scuffs to the tolex but that's about it. Any questions let me know!

So.... this is an Epiphone Newport but with some major tweaking to make it far more useable than the stock model. I've had it completely gutted and re-wired with decent pots and wiring, which has really improved the usability of the bass. Set up as Vol/Vol/Tone (the blend control was useless), and most importantly reinstalled the bridge pickup in-phase, which bizarrely Epiphone still haven't changed, seemingly leaning into it as a feature rather than a bug. I've also lowered the neck pickup as it's overly strong magnets create the string buzz thats audible on many of the demo videos of these. More minor modifications include Gibson knobs and a custom black pickguard for that 60s EB-3 nostalgia. Collection/tryout welcome in Bournemouth, or can double box up for a courier. Any questions / offers please PM!

After a bit of a bass-buying spree lately I need to let go of this funky little one. Short scale and very lightweight, with a Gator gigbag, extra set of La Bella flatwounds and a Nordy Mute. Collection preferred from the Bournemouth area, but I do travel often and can also post if need be. For those who don't know:

@Lw. I had a look at this the other day... you've got a brilliant bass there!

Harley Benton's take on the mustang, but in a PJ format and with Gotoh hardware. This one has had a push/pull pot added which solos the P pickup. It also has a set of Nordstrand pickups fitted, and now sounds rather grown up! Fender short scale gigbag included, and I do have a shipping box if needed. A high quality bass for a very reasonable price. n

Double Bass Foam Hard Case - Free to a good home!

Bought when i needed some extra protection for my bass travelling in a big van surrounded by flight cases, this is now surplus to requirements. Not in perfect condition by any means, but offers plenty of protection. Barely fits in my van, so very happy to let it go to someone with need. Fitted both of my 3/4 scale basses well. Collection only, for the reasons already mentioned, in the Poole / Bournemouth area. If you can't bear to take it from me for nothing, I'm always happy to suggest an RNLI donation.

@Frank Blank another V1 I think… I really love it and keep switching between flats and rounds so thinking one each! One may well live with band gear too…

I'd sell it back to you, but I am in fact considering buying a second!

Feedback prevention - F-its alternatives?
knicknack replied to Jakester's topic in EUB and Double Bass
@lobematt Do you have any form of High Pass Filter in your chain? My first port of call would be to tweak the amount of sub going on, followed by switching the phase (There's always a better way round, depending on the room/PA). Loved my Fits with my old bass, but so far haven't felt the loss (since i changed basses and couldn't get any) thanks to the above. -
He has indeed... is aging them differently these days!

Another vote for Orchid Electronics... stunningly good value and always come out top whenever I shootout DI boxes for reproducing exactly what is put into them, low end all intact with a strong signal level. The oldest one in my case must be 17 years old by now and still delivers perfectly.

I'm selling this Warwick Rockbass Streamer Standard on behalf of one of my students... she needs something a little smaller! As far as I can see it's a mid-2000s instrument. Passive four string with twin MEC humbucker pickups. I have replaced the tuners with proper Gotohs as the Warwick ones were failing, a pretty well documented issue that won't be a problem on this. Gigbag included, postage possible, and I have it here so happy to answer any questions! 4.2kg (9.4lbs) .
