I've been wondering why there is practically nothing from the past 25 years on this list (I haven't checked or anything tho). Is it because there isn't much in the way of crowd pleasing or bass player challenging material? Or simply the diffuse nature of music distribution now...?

It's difficult because of the increase in alternative tunings being used now. This really has an impact for the guitar, and renders the use of a floating bridge impractical. The tuning is now one of considerations for a new cover in both the bands I play in.

Congrats (on more than one level), I enjoyed listening to it, and a few tracks got me tapping away :-)
