1. Juergen was very quick to respond to a question that I had about my Tecamp Puma 350 and L115 cab. They have an excellent after-sale service so I wouldn't hesitate to contact him. You will find him responsive and courteous. I have also heard that their charges for repairs are reasonable. Here is his email address: [email protected] I hope this is helpful?

11.
I doubt you'll find one second hand easily though. I don't think they're being bought all that much.
That depends if you don't mind importing from Germany, as a black one went for under £300 only a couple of days ago. There was a sunburst one up for sale as well which has vanished now. They may not be easy to find in the UK though.
12. There's always the "Fame" bass Stingray lookalike?
13. You could always buy another rack that holds another 5?
14. The best bass line is the one that fit's the song.
15. Do you mean like these company's? Maybe these are what you are looking for, or at least it's a starting point for you? http://www.jhs.co.uk/wilkinson.html http://www.allparts.uk.com/ http://www.guitarspares.com/contents/en-uk/d414.html http://www.axiomatic-music.co.uk/
16. My band is supporting an AC/DC tribute next month at Rock City Nottingham, i'm really looking forward to it. Bass (and music) does not have to be complicated to be good.......IMO
17. So what is the new price? you had it up for £1695 before? I really like it but it's way out of my price at the mo'
18.
When I first bought strap locks my girlfriend at the time kept calling them 'strap ons'! . . . Yeah, I have a new girlfriend now . . .
19.
First gig with new band last Sat night. Smallish playing area that was wide enough but too shallow so to allow enough 'dance area' we ended up with monitors too close to PA and had to use very low monitors vols to avoid feedback. It sounded fine at FOH but onstage made it tricky. Also after I'd set up my gear the band leader then set up a few additional floor spotlights and when we started playing and I got halfway through the first song and needed to use my midi pedals I looked down and was completely blinded by the floor spots from other side of stage, had to give up on them for a couple of songs until I could get the spots moved a bit. We also had 2 sets of 6 lights behind us as well as the small floor spots and none of them are LED's - we were sweating buckets after the first song (no air con in pub). However we got through it, people danced and at the end of the night the landlady was enthusiastic, her words were we 'took the roof off the place', want us back again in early December for a second show.
Where was this Kev in Nottingham? What is your band called? Our last gig was at a pub on Saturday at Castle Donington. All I can say was, it was dire! the worst we have done easily! I won't even bother to elaborate, just trying to forget it!
20. I would go for JJ Tesla if buying new. Secondhand? Mullard or RCA. You could try Hot Rox here in Nottingham he will give you all the advice you need and post you the valves..... Website here: http://www.hotroxuk.com/ good luck.....
21. That's a more than fair price for a 1978 Ricky. Good luck with the sale Mr."vintage"
22.
Nah, I think it's real. Think it's priced low to shift quickly. I wouldn't be paying much more than 750 for anything from that period anyway.
Are you kidding? it's worth twice that.
23.

That's very clever Tom! I'd like to see pics too!
