  1. I plug my bass straight in to it and then into the amps input but I believe both ways are fine. I was just short on cables.
  2. Now back up for sale as the person who wanted has gone silent. Have run it recently (at home) through my Orange terror bass head and Barefaced Super Compact and makes them sound even better! Only selling as I have my eye on a 70's P Bass (yob). Comes with powers supply and footswitch!
  3. Martin is a top man. I bought the other one, wish I could buy this one too.
  4. I have a rather nice Boss GT10-B for sale. Home use only. Never gigged. Comes with power supply and manuals. Excellent sounds, great fun too. Sad to see it go but another bass cab takes priority. Looking for just £199. Based in Bromley (pics to follow) Link: http://www.bossus.com/products/gt-10b/
  5. I agree. Superb kit from Dave Hall. Feel free to treat yourself to it then
  6. Up for sale is my lovely DHA VT2 rack mount preamp. 2 valves, amazing tone. This a quality, hand made boutique British made twin valve preamp. Not some far eastern, factory made rubbish. You can blend 1+2 to switch between warm valve or overdrive to a real rocking distortion (just like Billy Sheehan) if you so wish. The only reason I am selling this truly amazing bit of kit is that I no longer use a rack mounted bass amp. Have an OTB 500. I am going to use the proceeds to buy another DHA pedal. These rarely come up. Don't miss out. Comes with footswitch and power supply too. Up for only £195. They cost almost £450 new (VT3). This is less than half price. Click on the link for photos and a full description: http://www.worthpoint.com/worthopedia/dha-vt2-valve-tone-dual-custom-rack-423487641# I am based in Bromley, near London and can post to you at cost.
  7. Thanks Lozz. Think Nik is going to buy it. Just need to arrange a time today (watch this space).
  8. This is amazing bass cab is rare. Lovely retro 2x10 cab from Ampeg (8 ohm). An American Classic. It sounds great on its own and even better sitting on top of a fifteen. I just sold my svt15 and micro head to a lovely forum member and this needs a new home too. One recently sold on EBay for over £200. Would rather sell to basschatters for the bargain price of £175. Pics to follow. Clink on: http://www.ampeg.com/pdf/svt210he_svt15e.pdf for spec details.
  9. Amp now back available. Great tone, light & loud. Cheap as chips. Be foolish not to give it a go!
  10. The Ampeg 210HE Classic bass cab is now back up for sale. Sounds great and is a rare as hen's teeth.

  12. It is with a heavy heart that I have to sell my Ampeg bass cabs (I damaged my left shoulder teaching my son to ride a bike and need to switch to lighter cabs). I have an Ampeg SVT15-EN - 8 Ohms and a rare Ampeg SVT 210HE - 8 Ohms. This is an easily transportable/modular way of getting a 3/4 stack. Sound great on their own but so,so much better together. http://www.ampeg.com/pdf/svt210he_svt15e.pdf Both are in good condition as I don't gig any more, so they rarely leave the house. (Pics to follow) Looking for a reasonable £175 each or £325 for the pair. Same cabs have sold much higher on Feebay recently.
  13. I agree. Should have been snapped a long time ago. Karl is an absolute Gent. Bought an amazing bass from him 3 years ago. Super trustworthy, great basses, knows his stuff and wouldn't hesitate to buy from him again.
  14. Here is an amazing Ampeg Micro amp for sale. In great condition, never gigged, just sat at home and used solely as a practise amp. I play a P bass thru it and it sounds really good. Don't be put off by its small size. 200 watts and weighs next to nothing! Loud enough for most gigs and rehearsals (or even just as an emergency back up amp). Now just £140.
  15. Hi, Might be worth including: 1. The impedance of the cab. 2. Your location. Just wanted to help. GLTWS.
