3.
very nice you wanna sei jazz 5
Your Sei does look really nice but I've already got a couple of jazzers, thanks.
 4.
from talking to Master Sei once, he said if I remember ok that he stopped the serial numbers around 96/97...
Does that mean he stopped the numbers at No96 / No97 or 1996 / 1997?
 5.
What you got your eye on man? Will be sad to see this leave Aberdeen, one of my favourite basses up here it's LUSH!
Aw...thanks man....you could always be the one to stop it travelling south.....
If you fancy a trans black Thumb NT6... in Edinburgh so can easily meet up or pop up the road.
Thanks for the offer but I'm looking for 5 string fretted versions of possibly another Sei or a Wal. I also have a Smith 6 BSR6EG that at some point I want to change for a Smith 5'er.
 6. As it says on the tin....*SOLD* I've decided to sell one of my basses to help fund a bout of GAS thats setting in For sale is my Sei 6 string fretted neck thru. Its the Flamboyant style shape with burl facings, birdseye maple board, ACG electronics (EQ02 http://www.acguitars...rod&productId=9) and Bartolini pickups. I'm not sure of the year of manufacture. As far as I know Martin only numbered the first few basses he made and as this is number 69 so I would guess its over 10 years old. Its great condition for its age and there are only a few slight indents / marks (hard to see) on the bass 9.5/10. The only scratches / dings are a smalll one on the front edge of the headstock tip (can bee seen in the pic below) and the varnish has cracked slightly on the battery cover where someone has been a bit too "enthusiastic" when tightening it up. If you want any more pics just let me know. The bass is a great player with a neck slimmer than a lot of 4's out there. Sad to see it go but..... well you know the story The action on the Sei is pretty low with no dead spots as far as I can tell and has 18mm string spacing. I'm looking for £1,450 ono or maybe trade for something tasty with 5 strings. I'd prefer a UK sale but might consider international. The bass will be shipped in a hardcase (not the one in the pic). I've got a feedback link in my signature and also my Ebay feedback is 100% (under Acebassmusic) Cheers, Mike I know you all like pics so here's some

 8. "Getting a full band of musicians in a room together to practice is like herding cats!" - as quoted by a good friend
 9. Shame on me...... Mr Purpolaris bought my SVP from me in an easy transaction with great comms and I should have left this feedback looong ago! Trade with confidence peoples
 10. Love it! Sounds real "loose" but "together" if you know what I mean.
 11.
If you're willing to ship to Stockholm, Sweden, and accept Paypal, I could take this off your hands. Let me know Cheers, Ola
Certainly is an option If you let me have your address (in PM) I will get a quote for shipping. We can do Paypal as as long as its as a gift. I have good feedback on here and on Ebay as Acebassmusic. Do you have a feedback link on here?
 12. We usually start with something like "Long Train Running" - immediately recognisable and gets people feet tapping straight away. We do 3 or 4 songs one straight after the other, minimal gap, just to get the momentum going.
 13.
Can it drive a power amp?
Yes. I used to use it with a QSC PLX-1604. You can also use it as a channel strip pre-amp for recording with.
 14. More stuff to clear out and make space Here are 2 Elecrovoice SX200 PA cab which are great for vocals etc. They are pretty clean with some minor knocks. They can either be used on their own or with subs. They are each 300w RMS rated at 8 ohms. I was using them as monitors for the band so they havent been pushed very hard. They come complete with padded covers by Falcon and also the plastic stands that allow you to use the cabs at the correct angle as monitors. I'm looking for £200 for the lot + shipping
 15. I've decided to have a bit of a clear out and have several items I want to get rid of so I can buy more stuff to fill the space that I've just made.....you know how it goes Anyway.....here is my back up sound processor in very good condition. Its a DBX DDP Digital Dynamic Processor and has lots of functions - compressor, gate, parametric, expander, EQ, limiter etc. I'm looking for £110 + shipping which I think will be in the region of £15 for most of mainland UK. The pics show it currently rack mounted with an Ampeg SVP-PRO pre-amp which is for sale in another thread.
