4.
Bought by myself from Chicago Music Exchange in 2011, this was my touring Bass in the 'States
...is that the easiest way to fly to the usa with a bass then? Buy it there? I like that idea! This is a total bargain bass btw!

 11.
another weak willed one
alas yes
 12.
I've just used SoundCloud for that exact purpose. It's dead easy and the sound expands into a nice wee widget in the Facebook post. https://www.facebook...itableTeaspoons Simple answer to the "does Soundcloud sneakily purloin your rights?" is no - http://help.soundclo...ts-to-my-music-

I don't know anything about copyright issues, but Soundcloud sounds perfect for that. When you have something properly recorded, give Bandcamp a whirl - I've bought loads of music from small bands on there!
wowsa, thanks to both of you for both the uber speedy response and perfectness of your answers! cheers guys, bc rocks again!
 13. ...straight to the telling of it then... ...just before Christmas I got together with 3 mates (all experienced musicians) to see if a jam could become something else, since then we've been meeting every week to play/write/rehearse/structure/discuss the songs and thus far we have 7 that both we can now play competently adn that I'd say are actually damn good songs, they set my wife's feet a tapping and my boys to dancin' when I play the rehearsal recordings back at home for sure Suffice to say we are all getting a bit excited about playing together and about the songs that are coming because while we've all been in a variety of bands over the years none of them have had this chemistry or sense of fun while turning out some seriously good tunes...! We've just started a facebook page as an initial advert of our existence which will do fine until we're ready to start gigging (we're aiming for june-ish for that) but in the meantime to try to maintain some kind of public momentum and to give folks a clue what we might sound like I was wondering about having a demo or two from our rehearsals somewhere (soundcloud maybe?) that we could link to on our facebook page and where we can point venues as and when we are seeking gigs... I'm looking for the pros/cons of soundcloud and whether there's a better option really, I'd really like to be able to link it nicely to facebook if possible. Also are there any ownership issues with hosting stuff on soundcloud or does anything remain solely in the ownership of the uploader? Is there any copyright/i.p. protection inbuilt?
 14. I've pinged this to my bandmates to see if it might suit what we're after...
