1. Yeah, can’t quite remember why now, possibly a photo or video shoot
2. Loved mine. But sold it in a fit of poor :-/ Replaced it with the plus model in a fit of gas :-)
3.
It was very curt and aloof, and the general tone was that 'we will decide who is worthy of playing here and if you are deigned worthy you will be very honoured to be contacted by us'. At first we thought it was a wind up, it was that funny. A simple 'thanks but no thanks' would have sufficed. It reminded me of booking gigs in London in the late 80s.
Similar experience. Try the swan in Cheltenham instead. Ade the landlord is in a band and is a proper legend.
4. I love these, my guitarist had one in the 90's. Still the best guitar I ever played. Bargain
5. This is an utterly fabulous piece of equipment. No two ways about it, it is easily one of the best musical related thingies I've owned. (The best has to be five metre mains leads!!) You can see what it does, although for acoustic it has a good reputation for bass also. It transforms the sound with so much more presence and fullness. It's a bit like HD. Great condition with box and psu. Posted in uk for £100 For some reason the rear picture won't upload. But google should help
6.
As we are on the subject of fretboard cleaning...has anyone tried "Gorgomite" ? It claims to clean both fretboard and frets...at the same time !! This eliminates the need for masking the board when cleaning the frets ? http://gorgomyte.com/index.html
Can't recommend it highly enough, used it for years and love the stuff
7. Tell me about it. These were expensive kit back in the day, tons of power and a much fuller sound that the Lm series. Beautifully made too.
