I liked the Paul shouting bit, it was bit humanising - I've also felt that Sgt Pepper was a bit sterile in comparison with Revolver/White Album/Abbey Road.

Love my JB-2 (see me waving it in the selfie thread)! My four-string fretted needs are covered by a P with flats and a J with rounds, but I never liked the look of the Jazz (offset body, metal control plate). Enter the G&L, problems solved! I also have a hankering for one of their Tele-alikes.

My parents both sang in amateur choirs - and were Methodists "Methodism was born in song" - so there was lots of musical exposure. We had a piano although neither of them played it, but my sister and I both had lessons. I recall buying a book on how to improvise lead guitar which proclaimed on the front "You do not need to read music to use this book" and my mother was horrified!

Careful, it's the sort of website that lures you in with pictures of basses and before you know it there's a big hole in your bank account!
