Surley the best place to rest the guitar is on the edge of the body?[/quote] i'd imagine the weight of the bass is a lot less than the forces acting on the neck due to the tension in the strings...also hanging it by the end of the neck keeps all the forces acting along the length of the bass, so no warping. i'm not expert tho.

  15. i can't offer much, but i frequently get those "oh [i]that's[/i] how it goes.....but WHY ?" moments, so you're not alone !
  16. mainly full-on but occasionally i'll roll a little off if i want to soften up the overdrive i'm using. also to fade out at the ends of songs and a bit of atmospheric 'bowing' if needs be.

  24. recorded many times wit the EBS best sound straight in i've had (missus !)
  25. nothing to add on the shuttle, but i love my BBB - prolly one of the sweetest sounding amps i've ever played through.
