an often repeated tip, stop thinking "iv got £500 to spend, what can i get" and just go out there and try as many basses as you can, without looking at prices. So many £250 basses will probably be more suited to you than other £500 basses.

its just a greedy way of sellers trying to get the most they can get for their equipment, this isnt ebay. State a price, or what basses you wish to trade/trade guide price. I agree with whats been said above, iv seen plenty of basses on here i could see myself buying, but im not guessing a price.

^^ very good. Also a great argument for active electronics in a bass. I just think though that the basses stock are too overpriced. Quality is poor, even if you do find one setup well.

the mesa will obviously need the AC power supply (iirc the one you bought includes this). Most effects power supplys are DC. So without doubt the rocket will really always need a dedicated power supply. The others will just need a bog standard boss type 9v. Depending how anal you are, you can pick them up for anything between £10 and £???. As long as its regulated and at least a good 1000ma, any will do.
