    Came close to buying this off Al shortly after he built it. However iirc i think al was a little unsure about the action and finish on the bass, sadly it was a little too far away for me to come and try out first! Stunning bass from the pics, and id imagine it to be every bit as good as the madly overpriced bass it replicates

    i see the sr5 as a different bass altogether to the normal stingray, and so i love the body shape and design. This of course just looks like a 4 string with an extra string. If it sounds like a stingray 4, thats great. If it sounds like an sr5, its a step backwards imo

    obviously look at the higher end multi effect pedals, i really like the Zoom ones, and id love to try out the big one. Look at the boss gt6b/gt10b too.

    not suprised this has took so long to sell, hell of a niche bass (6 string, left handed, fretless....). Price seems cracking though mate, keep the faith!

    is it blue or black? can't quite tell. My first 'proper' bass this, and im not sure iv ever owned a 4 string that beats it. Replace the pickguard (!) and its a bloody awesome bass

    did the seller inform you of this problem? If not, i suggest you kindly invite him to cover any costs to sort this problem out This is basically the same as the blx130 i used to own, and that was silent in operation.

    Mate i think you need to be more specific about what you have got. Its already established that the electronics are not original, is the body itself a modulus body? i.e. is it a bitza bass, or a modded modulus?
