  1. Changes in musical direction (and a bit of a home-made effects binge) means that this is up for grabs. excellent condition, boxed with paperwork. Velcro on the underside from being on my board, but that’s the only thing to distinguish this from As New condition. price includes P&P to mainland UK address of your choice.
  2. Artec - there’s a preamp emulator called ‘Metal’. Q.E.D. 🤘😄🤘
  3. Nothing says '80s' like headless. Just saying...
  4. Price includes P&P to mainland UK address - style bump.
  5. Crack Hitler - Faith No More

  7. Ah, you’ll need to come off at junction 12 then.
  8. I love Rush, like Genesis and Matillion, and really don’t ‘get’ Yes. that said, I also listen to Tool, Karnivool etc... so I suppose I like the heavier end of the prog continuum...
  9. NEVER forget that. 👌🏻
  10. F it works how I think it works then it’s not particularly complex; just wiring the individual switches to a trs socket, then two trs jacks to the foot switches. could be fiddly, but not impossible.
  11. I just removed mine!!
  12. As an entirely amateur bitsa builder Ivan only marvel at the skill going into projects like this - it already looks beautiful.

    Zoom MS60-B

Yeah, MIDI switcher is a good idea! I've never been overly impressed with the overdrive and fuzz sounds on the MS60-B, but then I love my Dave Hall VT1 too much!
  14. Futurama bass? I’d have gone with ‘Bender’ on the headstock. 😄

    Zoom MS60-B

I live mine. I had one a couple of years ago and moved it on after a while and replaced it with a B1-four. The B1-Four has loads of features that I’d never use (looper, drum machine), and has a more flexible interface, but I didn’t really notice a massive difference in the sound, and it had double the footprint of the MS60b. I run mine in an fx loop with a blend, so I can take it out of the signal path when I’m not using it, which gives me time to scroll through to the next effect. I use it live and it does what I need it to, but for studio work I use all analogue stuff - especially octave and chorus, just because I’m fussy about those sounds.
  16. Maybe one of them is holding the young lady’s trousers. Why is she half-dressed for a rehearsal?
  17. This - mo' folks, less notes.
  18. Would it be feasible to get a job lot of rechargeable 9v batteries? Social distancing wouldn’t be a problem.
  19. TRADED Bought these about a month ago and they’ve been on my fretless Jazz. I really love the sound of them, but alas, just can’t get on with the low tension. Cut for a 4-in line Fender headstock. The quest continues.
  20. I bought the album on the strength of this track- the album is brilliant!!!
  21. Now £40!!
  22. Needs an appointment with some Nitromors and an orbital sander, then *plenty* of TLC.
  23. 17th of October, which brings this year's gig count to a dizzying ONE!! Can't frickin' wait - dipping for a band I've played with before. It's just covers, but an eclectic mix of reggae, 80's synth pop, a bit of rock etc... and loads of chaotic tomfoolery.
