  1. Everyone that has flicked through an argos catalogue in the last 30 years knows what a P bass is, she wasn't trying to bore the audience to death, lol. You could make a ten part series with ten different hosts and still not please everyone, I'd watch a two hour special on John Deacon alone yet wouldn't care about Wooton, Marcus, pino, jaco....
  2. The only fretless and/or four strings I like (and own) are uprights.
  3. Very smart.
  4. I'd ditch the four as it can't do anything the five can, logically if you need fretted and fretless and five strings then a fretted and fretless five string would be the best solution.
  5. From my experience there's a very good reason why the audience are referred to as members.
  6. Did someone mention pi?
  7. Never heard of them.
  8. So that's what's behind the barefaced grill then, got the trademark black speaker with silver screws I see.
  9. Always a Barefaced!
  10. I've been in many bands with such a mix of songs, I'm still in one, they've all been busy enough.
  11. Get some of the basschat favourite in ears, KZ ZS10s, not molded but they should sound good.
  12. I'd be annoyed if you turned up to jam.
  13. Do I win a prize for not even bothering to watch the video?
  14. As little as possible!
  15. I'm actually thinking about a little rack.....
  16. Not playing the real one vs using the EUB regularly sounds like a winner to me.
  17. It wasn't even off the split channels just like a wedge mix from the same as FOH, yeah that's your task to mix everyone fully. I'll keep the dinosaur rigs for now.
  18. Nope and taking an amp just for one member of the band to hear won't be happening either, as soon as we're all on ears I think my amps will be redundant, turns out a pair of AAA batteries have more heft than any amp/cab I've ever tried!
  19. I threw the drummer a mix together at last night's gig, had a regular wedge on standby but we didn't need it, he's a convert, loved it!
  20. Stingray straight in sounds great, the Genz heads I use aren't that different anyway.
  21. I always ruin it with my shoddy playing though! 😬
  22. Maybe if I played passive basses I'd want something between me and the desk, a Stingray clean sounds great right in there ime and should be easy for the sound crew to cut out what they don't want.
  23. I'd end up with a diagonal tilt no doubt!
