  1. Pics to follow soon. Possibly the worst decision I will ever make (after that brief exploration on grinder). Used but much loved, comes with PSU but I don't think I have the box anymore I'm afraid. UK postage included in the asking price No trades on this one, I mean it, x10 and no returns x
  2. Yes, it is indeed the one that Jonathan sold recently: Hope it's ok to use the old listing. It was easier and no confusion about it being the same pedal. Very good pedal as I've found all the co-pilot stuff to be but it doesn't work so well for me. I'm using a bass with an active circuit and I think this was Jonathan's problem too. It sounds good and works much better with my passive P but this is not my go to bass etc etc so needs to go. Asking what I paid, £85 posted, good price. To buy new you'd have to import from him direct in the Caribbean I think. Very happy to do trades or px, bitcrush probably top of the list right now but anything unusual is always of interest. Btw happy to do current pics if you want them but the pedal is unchanged since the original thread. Only tested in the mancave. Cheers, Abd
  3. I've been using two of these for a while now. Excellent cabs, one covers pretty big stuff anyway but two sounds awesome and really gives some big heft. In the words of Terry Wogan it's always nice to see someone splash out on a nice pair. Dood needs no introduction of course. Deal with utter confidence. Total stinker.
  4. Thanks folks. I'll pass for now, ploughing into a squaver most likely. I'd love this back but will make do with the moog. X

  6. Sold a couple of pedals to Pete, good communication and prompt payment. All good, I would definitely trade with Pete again.
  7. Great amp, owned from new by me, I just don't use the many options available and something has come up which I suspect might work better for me. http://www.markbass.it/product-detail/markbass-evo1/ Amp is mint other than a very small chip in the top left of the front fascia (I've tried to get a decent shot of this but it's pretty minor....). It lives in and will come with the proprietary markbass bag (you can just drop the back and front and operate it without having to remove the amp altogether). Still has the original markbass packing and rack ears should you want them. I didn't buy the footswitch and whilst you can use a standard midi-footpedal some of the functions are not accessible this way so it you think the footpedal route is for you then you might need to be prepared to buy the official MB one... This isn't a review as such but I would say that the sounds on the amp are really top notch. I've not found any which don't work really well live which is the acid test. I am a bit of an effects pedal nut and again the fx models on the amp are very very useable. You can't tweak on the go, mix onlty, but the editor software is quick and intuitive, never any issue. Delay and filter in particular are really nice. Having said all this though I tend to use it with one channel set to the markbass model (!) and a little bit of delay. DI works 100% clean, no issues, no noise. Onboard tuner. Quick and accurate. What's not to like. Headphone out for practice. Aux in for practice (or I sometimes run some background music through it on gigs where there is nothing there already in between sets). So there you go. The amp is in Norwich, you are welcome to try it with my BB2s or I am prepared to post it (this is not included in the price). Price is pretty firm as the only point in the sale is to flip for the other amp I mentioned. If that goes I will probably withdraw this. You've heard it all before. What say you basschat?
  8. Fanbloodytastic. My heart says yes but my back says no.
  9. Good coms and quick payment, very straightforward deal and would definitely trade with again. Enjoy the B2M!
  10. Hammering the clear out. Someone give this some love, dropping the price to £100 inc UK shipping, thereby stripping away any doubt, apprehension, questions and the like Classic gated fuzzy dirtbox. Thank you muchly
  11. Listing now updated and sorry to those that missed out. Just the bass comp and flanger left. Let's get them moving - £20 each or £35 for both - barg!!!
  12. Having a tidy out of the bassdoyle man cave. Sonus B2M - works well if you are prepared to apply very clean technique. SOLD TC Hof Mini - great reverb and lots of options with the toneprint editor SOLD Zvex Distortion - nice, part of my journey for the right dirt, knob cover missing but works just fine SOLD Artec power brick - excellent brick for the money. Have recently revamped so this is available (keeping another as a spare). Includes PSU but not DC cables as I'm a bit low on those. SOLD Soundblox 2 BMWD - more dirt. Lot's of options here and some cool settings. SOLD Rowin Flanger - bought to try, not my thing £25 - now £20 Digitech X series bass comp - nice comp but no room on my board, don't use it £25 - now £20 All prices include UK postage. The HoF and Zvex are not boxed but will be well packed for shipping. Cheers! Abd
  13. Nice one thanks Cameron. I'll give them a try
  14. Hello BC, Can anyone suggest a good spot to pick up right angle to right angle DC power cables with a standard 2.1mm boss style plug. All I can seem to find are daisy chains or individual leads for a bazillion dollars each. Cheers, Abd
  15. Hello all, I'm fond of this but would really prefer a delay on my board (and my nova rptr is too big). Does anyone fancy a trade for the flashback mini (or even the flashback)? Cheers, Abd
  16. Had a specific thought in mind for this but it doesn't look like it will hang together. Works well enough but I've found you need to be ultra clean with your playing in order to avoid unwanted triggers etc. Comes in the original box, I will leave the 9v battery in. Cheers, Abd
  17. Pleasure to deal with. Good coms and prompt payment, many thanks Ian
