see... that's interesting... thats the thing where it's building on something new and you can have a reasonable assumption that it's not going to end up not being developed on
  4. Digging The Grave - Faith No More
  5. Perfect I'll get them fitted tomorrow. 👍
  6. Brace of Spades - Molarhead
  7. Dig Up Her Bones - Misfits
  8. Likewise Michael, it’s undermining quality and creativity in so many professions at present, not just the arts, we should be pushing back at every opportunity 👍
  9. I have 3 sets of used roundwound strings for sale. The first two sets are fender 45-105 roundwound strings that were removed from brand new fender precision and Jazz basses. These were removed by me as soon as I received the basses, and are virtually unused, still completely fresh and zingy. The third set are ernie ball long scale strings 45-105 removed from a gibson shortscale bass. These ones are well used. Asking £25 posted for all 3 sets. Cash or bank transfer. No Paypal.
  10. My God, I hate AI with a firey passion.
  11. Rotting in vain - Korn
  12. The Minute Of Decay - Marilyn Manson
  13. Kev, thanks. Yes it does open up a debate, and one that could have happened here in this thread, because two well respected members highlighted IP and ecological factors, and I'd have hoped that the community response, as well as the moderating response, would have considered whether, as a online community, we should think more carefully about responsible use of the web. Absolutely we've probably all been on the wrong side of both debates at some point, but given we're currently sleepwalking into potentially catastrophic I/P and ecological crises - which effects us all as musicians and probably beyond (AI has already had a pretty disastrous impact on my field) - it would have been lovely to see support for those members who voiced concerns 👍
  14. Roots Bloody Roots - Sepultura
  15. Depends, subscription to Chatgpt is paid, or it's free for a limited number of pictures
  16. That’s incredible fine a creativity point of view
  17. I have one, it is very good, possible to plug in your mic for your volume and eq and then a line out to the main PA ….it took me a while to sort that out. I position it on a low mic stand about 3 feet away facing upwards to me/my mic.
  18. Last time I checked, forever appreciated Just on the topic of my little joke that I presume you didn't chuckle at, it does still open an interesting debate as to why it is OK to accept an individual deliberately copying another person's/company's work for a profit without license, but a computer doing it anonymously for free is somehow abhorrent? (presumably it is free and people aren't paying to do this, I haven't tried making a muppet me, as indeed I am already too much of one as it is)
  19. We are playing the Town Hall in Kirriemuir on Saturday, the third and final band on that days events. We have played twice before with the guys doing the sound and know them but it`s the guitarist`s who have no concept of volume who will get it in the ear. And I don`t think there is any chance of clearing the venue for a soundcheck.
  20. Filling in the name - RATM
  21. In good working order, features include fan-cooled fast-transient power stage, 12" Speaker, a fully-featured bass preamplifier with inputs for both active and passive instruments, a 'VU style' LED input level meter, 5 band EQ with Bright and Deep switches, a front panel-mounted balanced DI output for connection to a PA or recording console, an FX loop, a tuner/line output and the classic Ashdown sub-harmonic generator. Selling for a close friend, so collection only from the Swadlincote area.
  22. Words of Wisdom Teeth - Christopher Cross
  23. I use 2x Ashdown Pro Neo 15s with an ABM 600 head. Sometimes I only take a single cab. I used to use the Ashdown Rootmaster lightweight cabs too, both the fifteen and 2x10 versions, they're also good and very cheap second hand.
  24. Selling this great fuzz from Foxgear. For me this pedal have one of the best Dry signal blend control out there. Definitely no loss of lowend here as the Dry signal have its own volume control. And oh, the whole faceplate lights up when powered. That alone is worth the price. 😁 cheeky video for a bit of sound reference: https://www.facebook.com/share/v/15WtiHUUCx/?mibextid=UalRPS Only selling as my setup needs an OD rather than a fuzz atm and no more board space for both. £50 now £45 posted mainland UK.
