I like working out sounds! Do you have a particular example we can listen to?
-
Indeed, check this, it showed up today, but they are still rare: https://www.zikinf.com/annonces/annonce-2442966

@mattpbass Insane right?
-
Am I really going to have to be the one? Ok. Which of the other band members has the most attractive spouse... Just sayin'
-
This seems, to me, to be the best solution. Burning bridges can backfire on you.

You’ve probably got time to squeeze in a cruise @neepheid or two … or teaching a guitard to read 😛

My final foray into modelling/digital rigs (for now)... this has been my favourite but that world is just not for me. Used for 3 shows and well looked after! Comes with a far tougher power supply (original included). Price includes UK shipping, collection welcome or I may well be coming near you! The only thing i'd consider in trade at the moment is an Ashdown CTM30 as i miss mine dearly!

We've played a number of weddings over the years - often for family members or friends of friends, so we've rarely charged big bucks. But yes, they're usually a long day, typically around 12 hours from leaving and getting back home (even longer if we're invited as guests as well) - certainly longer than a regular day at work. I think the longest we did was 22 hours after leaving home at 6 in the morning for a wedding in Cambridgeshire for a morning set up. Didn't get home until 4 in the morning because the soundman's vehicle broke down on the motorway. This does mean there's often a bit of to-and-fro when negotiating for weddings, as they don't understand that they're paying for more than just 2 hours of music.

Live or on the studio recordings? As they’re likely very different things. Si

Coincidentally there are a whole lot of ideas on the following thread ranging from breaking the singers nose (maximum rock n' roll points) through to sneaking out a toilet window...
-
This absolutely. Then you can have something for the Most Acrimonious Band Breakup thread as well 😉

Fight all of them in a massive brawl, use as many weapons as is possible, I'd suggest swinging a ship's anchor around your head for maximum damage. Once everyone is sufficiently subdued tell them all it's their fault and that you're now going to take all their belongings and burn them in a giant fire followed by creating a commune where you are the leader and their families now live under your leadership. Or... just tell them honestly how you feel!

Yes, limiting himself to one cake at a time, just two hands, no funnel, no sink plunger
-
Eat cake in a controlled manner? That's not like you, you trying some new approach?
-
I can certainly be the Chosen One to eat cake. I am being very specific here. I shall rise to the occasion and be the very best person who eats cake in a controlled and repeatable manner.

Tri-Bass and Quadwave. Let's see if the learning curve is any shorter with the four string. Rack synth is an old BassStation I.
