  1. Past hour
  2. Mooer bass sweeper no box
  3. Yeah, it was fun. My Roscoe at the time was a natural finish, so Mark at Bass Direct loaned the Candy Apple Red one he had in stock so it looked bling in the video. Im going to dig into old hard drives next week to see if any of the old vids are out there!
  4. Welcome mate Ex-Sheffield person here. Just a little further up the A1 near Selby.
  5. Lovely American Fender Jazz body. Please see pics for date marks etc. In generally lovely condition except for some cracks in the finish near the bottom of the body - these are just in the finish; please check the pics to make sure you are aware. Otherwise lovely, with a great colour, and lovely contours. Priced to reflect condition... And well up for offers and bundles with other stuff I've got listed 👍
  6. Offers considered, thanks
  7. £330 posted- basically £100 off and brand new
  8. If only I lived in South Shields or within a few hundred miles. Great cabs!
  9. Aye just off the A1 at Upton
  10. I used to have Schecter and Mighty Mite catalogues - they were fun to read through and spec fantasy guitar builds.
  11. Actually, you’re both wrong… Treharris CF46 is in the listing topic ✌️😎
  12. Here you go, this site only allows short ones P.S. my hair is not greasy, just wet VID_20250813_213042.mp4
  13. A nitro finished Fender would be an American made version (I believe) coming in £1500-2000 new. For me to do one the same as headless’s: okoume body nitro paint and clear coat Chinese roast maple neck fender vintage pickups gotoh bridge guyker tuners bloodstone guitars works electronics with fender capacitor you’d be looking about £400-500. I’m just starting out so not charging serious money as it doesn’t seem right until I get a bit of a trusted reputation. I’m doing my initial ones at cost or a close to it as possible with hardly anything for my time. if you wanted more affordable pickups( headless changed his himself for the fender), bridge, tuners etc I could get it in cheaper.
  14. Don't forget American headline prices don’t include state purchase tax.
  15. Oh I remember that vid as well, with the Roscoe, EBS, Barefaced and this board. A treat for the eyes and ears. 👍🏼
  16. I’m not 100% sure but I might be right in thinking these dimarzio pickups are hum cancelling? I can’t solo either pickup to check but I think I read somewhere that this is the case - a happy accident if so, particularly as I’ll likely favour the bridge pickup for fretless. Can anyone confirm?
  17. I hope your nephew appreciates he has a one-of-a-kind bass.
  18. OP'S profile says Treharris CF36 in Wales 😉
  19. That sounds really tough on all parties.
  20. It seems I like quite the opposite. The only JB I liked to play was a Harley Benton JB-75 MN. It's got a neck profile which is a way more to my tastes, and it's bridge PU is placed a bit further towards the bridge. I then tried to find a Fender Classic '70s JB, nut to no avail. Looks like nobody would like to sell theirs. So I gave up on JB. Stingray does the job very well, and there always is some P-Bass there too, just to avoid getting an itch I always get when I have no P-Bass Each to their own.
  21. I think one of my bands has this. Keys uses an app, the rest of us get a videocassette-sized mixer with about 12 physical sliders. A tiny lcd lights up to say which channel you are adjusting. Feels a bit ott for a pub gig but works well. One gotcha - the stand clips on the mixers are too small for Hercules mike stands!
  22. Do they charge a yearly fee or a one off fee?
  23. Thinking of getting a new small amp set up, and my eye on one of these. been looking for reviews on here and cannot find anything. anybody got won and have some decent feedback.
