  2. Read up on it and we have been in contact with the ME Society currently on waiting list for the local ME Specialist team. But will take any advice - PM me
  3. Are you thinking of Zero Mod? https://www.zero-mod.com
  4. Awesome mic, used about 5 times for some bass tracking. Comes with box, leaflets etc. happy to post, or can meet Kettering/ Bedford/ Stevenage type areas. Shout with any questions. Thanks
  5. Luxury! Why, when I were a lad ...
  6. Very decent piece of rack gear, equally suitable for studio or live use (I've used it both ways). The two multi-way cable clips on top are there by self-adhesive stuff and will remove. I found them useful enough to choose to leave them there for the new owner. The original box is present, as seen in the photos, but not the polystyrene inserts. I'll use bubble wrap for postage. 7. Very little used since Covid, time to move it on. Comes with all the little bits of cabling etc. Condition is as near pristine as you're likely to find. Full specs are here: https://philjonesbass.net/cms/product-ha-1/
  8. CR2032 battery holder for the (removable) LED strip along the neck.
  9. Just tried the Clayton Acetal standard .80 pick. I should’ve known with it being a harder material, but it plays thicker than its gauge due to how stiff it is. I’ve got so used to that bit of flex from medium nylon picks, and these don’t have much give at all, it felt like I was fighting with it the whole time. Feels like a .88 green Tortex to me, or a 1mm nylon. It’s clicky like a Tortex too. It has a decent grip (always found Tortex either too powdery or too smooth in this regard), but for a .80 pick, this is far too stiff for my liking. I suspect I wouldn’t even like their .63 for the same reason. May have to give these away as I have 6 of them and probably won’t use them again.
  10. Many people I know went to Wembley that day. I remember sitting at a table on the pavement outside a pub with a bottle of pils, wondering where everyone had gone.
  11. Morning all, she certainly is one of a kind... What an instrument, the finish is out of this world and we all felt very privileged to visit Grainger this weekend. Thank you Gav and Daz 🩵 Had there been a sofa, Led Zepp soundtrack and a ☕ machine I never would have left 😉 Fallen hard for one particular resin myself!
  12. I notice that EBMM's ernest committment to authenticity on these PIno basses doesn't extend to equipping them with Rotosound RS66 strings gauged ,40/60/75/95. That's the set PIno used on all those classic recordings and, last I heard, still his choice for roundwound strings. PIno never did the Stingray with flats thing until now, as far as I know. That said, I also know that his original Stingray has had at least three different fingerboards on it due to wear from roundwounds strings, so maybe flats is a sensible choice in respect of that.
  13. I'm looking for a thumb rest that shares the pick guard screw holes. I know they exist, I've seen them but now I can't find them for sale. Anyone got a link to them?
  14. Hi Kiwi Warwick, Ibanez, Spector. 6-string to fit 5-string neck pocket (I’m probably alone on this one) EB SR4 Fenders (Mex / USA)
  15. The body was already finished by the previous owner. It's got a nice feel to it. I could probably do a play-a-long or two with it. I haven't done one for a while. It's got flats at the moment so I could do that, and then another with some rounds when my new ones arrive.
  16. Goodbye Pork Pie Hat — Charles Mingus
  17. Further price deduction - now £799
  18. I will take your secret to the grave. I'm in a similar situation. I turned up for a big band gig once and there was an audible gasp from the band members when I started playing through it. No FoH with that one.
  19. Digitech Synth Wah sold
  20. Today
  21. This is the same pedal as the now famous Taylor Shift but with a different visual design. It includes a low pass filter which sounds great and the octave circuit is one of the best OC-2 clones out there. Can ship at buyer's expense or meet anywhere in London. Thanks for looking!
  22. Great condition MXR Clone looper. Comes without Dunlop box but will ship with proper box and wrapping. Can post at buyer's expense or meet anywhere in London. Thanks for looking!
