  2. For sale is an Empress Bass Compressor. It's widely regarded as a quality bass compressor and it's excellent condition. The price includes postage If you have questions then please get in touch.
  3. For sale is this Broughton BBA. It's designed to buffer the bass signal while filtering out sub- and ultra-sonic frequencies while offering an extra 20db of clean volume. Price includes postage. Let me know if you have any questions.
  4. Up for sale is this DSM & Humboldt Bass Master, the sequel to the Bass Station. It's got loads of features, which you can read about here: https://www.dsmhumboldt.com/bass-master-1-1. Essentially, it's an all analogue pedal with a preamp, EQ, cab sim and DI. It also has a pre- and post-effect loop, and a parallel channel to blend in wet signal. This thing is tiny too, only slightly larger than the standard 1590B pedal size. There aren't many demos around, but Bass The World has one on YT, as well as DSM themselves. The price includes postage. If you have any questions, please get in touch.
  5. CANCELLED! - Taylor Swift
  6. I wouldn't feel right if anybody else took the financial risk of buying them, so I'm happy to lead and buy the first 50 or so. Once we've lowered the price, by all means lean in. Rob
  7. Really is a lovely jazz this.
  8. Let the Great Recalibration commence!
  9. This is like the Swiss army knife of basses, has best of both the Fender and Musicman world. I Remember once trying it in the 90s and said I must have one some day. Honestly, I don't even know what all the buttons do Unfortunately It has to go with some other kit because it's not getting used enough...
  10. I think we’re unanimous in this, who’s gonna be the first to sell 🤔😁
  11. Just checked Anderson’s and they are showing 2 mahogany & 2 tobacco at the warehouse. Only showing to me as another reason I’m meant to get one?
  12. I'd also be willing to take one for the team and buy a vintage Fender at a bargain basement price. For the good of the community.
  13. Great idea Rob 🤣
  14. I fancy a 4 string like this. But I'd probably not use it enough to justify the expense
  15. One solution to this would be to sell your older Fenders at a very, very low price to drive the prices down to counteract the cartel pushing them up. As a service to this community, I'm very happy to buy them at this low price. Feel free to contact me. Rob
  16. This speaker was briefly used in a home made cab. May have gigged once. Collection only from South East Essex area Details copied from a website selling them. ”Celestion Neodymium BN15 400S Orange label is a 15 inch bass driver that gives 400 watts rms power handling with the same classic rounded rock sound with the tight low end definition that is associated with Celestion drivers, The Orange label provide a cleaner more articulate sound which is perfect for fast, snappy, dynamic playing styles.”

  21. Honestly anything by him just grooooves so hard. But I find myself listening to his own playalong of Moda by Jordan Rakei (on his Youtube channel) a LOT recently (and its pure laziness on my part as you can see what he's playing so I should be able to figure it out ). But if 'anything' he's played on catches your fancy in future, I'm here for it!
  22. I think you're right. The cost of new basses these days has pulled the vintage market with it. Look at this brand new Fender custom shop Precision for sale at Peach for £4600, and it becomes harder to say that a nice condition, all original sunburst/tort/rosewood '70-'73 P bass is worth less. https://www.peachguitars.com/fender-custom-shop-2023-collection-64-precision-bass-relic-bleached-3-colour-sun.htm
