An option, certainly, for either limited storage, or 10€/month. Hmm... Not sure that I'll bite. Quote
basexperience Posted October 28, 2025 Posted October 28, 2025 (edited) I didn't know this topic existed, so I'll post one of my old videos - everybody has to do a Dean Town at some point... 😄 This was back before logic was splitting stems - I actually bought them on Bandcamp. Clever guys, the Wulfs. Edited October 28, 2025 by basexperience 6 Quote
Rubbersoul Posted October 31, 2025 Posted October 31, 2025 This is from about a month ago, supporting The Drowns. Yes I am sitting down: I'm an old aged punk cripple lol. 4 Quote
Si600 Posted November 4, 2025 Posted November 4, 2025 (edited) No idea if this should be here, or the Singing and Playing thread as an example of how not to do it. Edited November 4, 2025 by Si600 1 Quote

funkypenguin Posted November 7, 2025 Posted November 7, 2025 Here's cover I recorded of Chaka Khan's Move Me No Mountain, poignant for me as this was a week or so before AJ (a huge influence for me) passed away (may you rest in peace Maestro). For anyone interested, I've also posted a complete transcription here - https://www.benwalkerbass.com/p/move-me-no-mountain 3 Quote

BaBaRe Posted November 11, 2025 Posted November 11, 2025 This is from last year. The trio's percussionist, Mischa happens to be a wonderful electric bass player also. I loved this project as there was so much sensitivity in our approach to each other. 1 Quote
BassAgent Posted November 17, 2025 Posted November 17, 2025 I went on tour with a soul band last May, and they made a compilation video of one of the shows. Turned out pretty nicely. It was the only show that tour I used my JMJ Mustang, I played my vintage '73 Mustang on all other shows. But it was great fun. Germany is an amazing country to play! 10 Quote
funkypenguin Posted November 27, 2025 Posted November 27, 2025 Revisited one of my favourite Dream Theater records recently (Awake), which produced this! To this day Awake still contains some of my favourite progressive bass lines (Voices, Scarred, Innocence Faded, 6:00, Lifting Shadows) 2 Quote

Si600 Posted December 1, 2025 Posted December 1, 2025 (edited) Ignore the age restriction, the band name is Firef***er and YT doesn't like it 🙄 Alternatively, here's the channel link and you can get to it that way. So far I am only on Something Better Change. The other videos are I joined the band. https://youtube.com/@mrpardoned Edited December 1, 2025 by Si600 Quote
Killerfridge Posted December 22, 2025 Posted December 22, 2025 I was asked to play this with a few days notice on a gig. Safe to say I didn't get it down by then, but spent another week or so trying to get it nailed down: 3 Quote
funkypenguin Posted December 24, 2025 Posted December 24, 2025 A little solo arrangement (still rough around the edges) that I've been working on over the last few days. Wishing you all a happy Christmas! 4 Quote

Sean Posted December 27, 2025 Posted December 27, 2025 These are from a little thing I did with friends recently just to gig the Hamer 12 and do some Cheap Trick songs. First time for years on lead vocals for me, no rehearsal with the drummer, it's a little thrown together but it was a lot of fun. A friend's wife took the video. 1 Quote
