Nothing serious, in each order there was a main 'big' item, and then a shopping list of a few smaller bits & bobs. in the first shipment I received a set of 010 electric guitar strings instead of the equivalent 010 acoustic strings I had ordered, and in the shipment I received today they missed out one of the two schaller switch tips I ordered. They put the first order's issue right by sending out the correct strings and I'm sure I'll get the missing switch tip in a week or so now I've sent an email. Have I just been unlucky or do they often make this kind of mistake these days? Quote

The thing is how they deal with it. They once sent me my order of 4-5 small to medium sized items, and everything was there, except there was also a 4 pack of Vic Firth drumsticks. Your data is the last two orders from Thomman got messed up. Now you will get more data on the messed up orders. This is no way to assess the true proportion of messed up orders. A better question would be, how well was your last Thomman order completed? You still get confirmation bias but at least you aren't tee'ing it up. 1 Quote

I ordered the cheapest drum stool they had and was sent a rather nice Pearl one instead. Along with a much better set of headphones than the ones I ordered. That was a good couple of years ago though and I haven't ordered from them for a while. Quote

funkgod Posted 1 minute ago Posted 1 minute ago my last two purchases from them. 1, ordered something, should of been next day delivery, i waited nearly two weeks only to be told they were still waiting for an overdue stock to come in, so they were taking orders of stock they never had. i got a refund and closed my account. that was about 2 years ago. 2, last week i had to go back to them, and ordered a pair of beyer dt770 and a pair of superlux hd660. the beyers were fine as they came in a sealed tab box The superlux though, they sent me a B stock pair with the box torn, inside the box was untidy like it had all been just chucked back in and obvious signs of ware ! they refunded the superlux right away. so, lost faith. thought id try again. and now lost faith for the last time.
