I shall make a point of shouting that as loudly as I can this evening 😊

Bruce and the band probably won't hear me as they'll be 60 yards away at the other end of Villa Park

For reference. I did shout it but, as expected, nobody heard it so it's still valid in this thread 🙃

Bruce to his band: "Stop."

Bruce to bloke 60 yards away at the other end of Villa Park: "Did you say you were in a band too? Come on up, brother, and join in. Plenty of room on stage." 😃

Someone turn the guitarist up a bit - we can't hear his wall of 4x12's over the rest of you!

Played a big bike rally in Helmsley tonight. Del (who is renowned for being loud) started to soundcheck with his Fender Deauville. Sound engineer suggested he turn it up a notch!! There was so much bass out front and back through monitors I hardly needed an amp! Had a bloody great night!

"I wanna take a moment right now to address the widely reported acrimony between all of us onstage and several notable members of the press. Okay, okay, calm down for ma moment, please. We had a meeting, well, more of a 7-way orgy last night back at our hotel and took our turns at being everyone elses's thirsty little beach whore - which, incidentally is why I'm not running around tonight in my usual tight lycra leggings. Anyway, after four hours of that, we've reached a really great understand of each other and the band is healed, unlike our asses, which are bruised and oozing a little more blood than any of us are entirely comfortable with. Anyway, take it a way, drums!"

Beautiful weather,  we played under one of those " pop up" coverings to protect us from the sun .

Nice crowd and the organizers a slipped us an extra $200.0 on top of our fee. 👍

Please give it up for Guns N' Roses, onstage 25 minutes early!

Accurate!

Went to see them when they played Maine Road in '92. Took to the stage well over an hour later than billed.
