"Fugly" springs to mind as an appropriate adjective to describe this bass. The moral of this story is "stick to what you know best"... If they did a five string version of this I would be all over it. Its only just up the road from me, I so fancy a go on it. Loved alien ant farm whn they were about and loved this bass the moment I saw it in Fender frontline years back. I think fender should try a few more out of the box ideas like this, what do they have to lose? anyway cool bass but not for everyone.
