Those are the only ones with Jamerson I've come across I'm afraid. I know there are Beatles (if that appeals) multitracks floating about, but I didn't bookmark the page where I saw a link to them.

I have a .mogg file here (multiple track ogg) of the Rolling Stones, Gimme Shelter. It is multitrack and needs to be opened with [u]Audacity[/u]. Not sure what other programmes can open it.

You can have bass only or mute all except bass or any track and play along.

Some more tracks here. They are five generic practice tracks really. The music is balanced in the middle, but shift it over to the left speaker its bass only, or shift over to the right speaker its everything but the bass, so you can play whatever bass accompaniment you want over it. These can be opened in [i]any mp3 player [/i]or program.

PS: You can if you want more versitility, open the Multitrack Audio files such as the Nirvana or Marvin Gaye ones etc posted earlier in this thread, in [url="http://audacity.sourceforge.net/"]Audacity[/url]. Its real handy as you can import as few or as many of these individual tracks as you want, ie, just the kick drum, guitar1, and Vocal and then play your own bass over the top. A real boon for practising.

NB: If you want to open the (.mp3) multitracks in [i][b]Audacity[/b][/i], DONT do the obvious and go to File / Open. (unless its just a single track) Or you may well have multiple instances of Audacity opening up for each individual track. The way to do it is go to Project / import audio and import whic hever ones you want, either one at a time or alltogether using the ctrl key.

I found listening to some of these tracks aspirational, as with the little (and not so little) flaws, I now feel that I have less distance to cross before I get "there".
