He whipped the neck off and sorted it out in minutes. He also threw away the shim I had put in there saying I wouldnt need it any more. What top service. Friendly, very efficient, he under-promises and over-delivers on timings. It's the third time I've come to him (2x bass and once for a guitar) and I'll keep coming back.
