steve-soar Posted September 27, 2012 Share Posted September 27, 2012 (edited) I've come to the end of my battery stash and need some Duracells or equivalent 9 volt batteries to put in my basses and pedals. Where do you buy yours? I've looked on ebay but I'm non the wiser. I tried those Duracell Pro Cell and they were rubbish, lasted no where near as long as the copper tops. I need about 20. Any ideas? They do all sizes of Duracell in packs, 9v come in packs of 8 or 9, I think I paid £11 last time. I'd check that out. [/quote] Apparently there was a similar problem with some Rockbass Corvettes, a faulty 2006 batch, as mentioned on the Warwick forum. When I read it years later I panicked (I've got one), only to realise that I was playing my 2007 Corvette, still fitted with its own theoretically long-expired battery, in 2009! Edit for wrong dates, mixup as I've got [b]two[/b] Corvettes.
