Wow! Brilliant!

They have the second abum coming out soon. Their new single is called Cough Cough. And it's ace.

You'll love the album I reckon. The music is wonderful, and his lyrics are superb! There is some great bass playing on there too.

Cool!

This kid is my new bass hero, he orchestrates so nicely and he's clearly so comfortable with the instrument. Great taste and finesse.

These are one the faves of both my sons, They've done remixes etc and their last cd has been round in the car a few hundred times and their latest eagerly awaited.

Fabulous imagination, yes the bass player is indeed very good, as is the drummer. This is the sort of thing on which I place my high regard for young people.

Yep, I'm a fan. The whole family is, especially my 10 year old son. We played the 'Man Alive' album to death for about a year or so, so had to give it a rest. Looking forward to the new CD.

This is far and away my favourite track:

I love this band. Haven't got around to seeing them live yet, unfortunately. Everyone says they're incredible.

Interesting. I'm a huge It Bites and Dunnery fan but not once have Everything Everything reminded me of them. And it was a fellow IB/Dunnery fan that turned me onto EE last year. I suppose EE are similar in terms of their imagination, complexity and musicianship, but not much more than that.

Wow, wow, wow!
Thanks so much. Had never heard about them, but love their studio music as well as their live stuff.
Have bought Man Alive right away, plus the Schoolin' EP, the iTunes Festival live album and a remix of a song.
All this is on repeat right now.

Thanks again,
bert

You know what mate, I get a right old buzz of electrical pleasure-static from posts like yours. It's so great that you and a couple of others here love this so much that they've instantly bought it because of this thread. They are a great band and I hope they continue to create such lovely stimulating music.

It's worth reading his lyrics too, they are extremely articulate, puzzling, wonderfully interpretive and thought provoking.

Cheers Bert!

Mmmm, that doesn't really float my rubber duck mate tbh, to Beatlesy for my taste. Sorry :(

Clever stuff, very free compositionally (ie you just dont know where they will go next).

Dont really like his voice though, which is a shame - not his fault, other than the upper range he keeps hanging around in, which just isnt floating my boat at all - might grow on me though.

Cheers Nige!
