  1. That is an absolute peach.
  2. Nice ‘vintage’ tint to that neck. Some come out more “fake tan” but that looks perfect.
  3. That looks like a good, honest, hardworking bass. The price sounds more than fair for a Jap squier with upgraded electronics.
  4. That is absolutely stunning. Wishing I had a spare £1.8k right now.
  5. Have one of these under my main board. Pretty much nothing this won't power, with connections galore. Plus, you can use any kettle lead (IEC) instead of those silly power adaptors.
  6. I had one of these and can assure anyone reading this that the quality of these basses is unreal. Looks small, sounds immense.
  7. BTW, it’s the same on all 3 modes.
  8. No longer working. Octave knob now only dials in a thin squeaky noise. Cosmetically in good condition, so maybe throw away the gubbins and smarten up your working pedal? sort me out some postage and it’s yours.
  9. Nice, really do like the look of those too.
  10. Straps just pull my t-shirt down. Don't really want to go adding weight. Like I said, I've been in this situation a few times before, it never ends well.
  11. Mine arrived. It's beautiful, plays nicely and it's pretty light. Which means it neck dives, so needs to go back unfortunately. I'm not going down that road again. Should have known better than to buy without trying and b-stock at that. Got caught up in the feeding frenzy I guess. Conflicted about exchanging it for another vintage white, which they still have available. EDIT: played nicely once I brought the action down, had very little relief. The neck is amazing. Not as slim front-to-back as my '82 Squier precision, so not exactly a re-issue but certainly one of the best necks I've held.
  12. Seriously... you can just about buy a replacement Fender Mexican maple neck for this price.
  13. Just remember it’s not food so don’t eat it. 😆 https://www.basschat.co.uk/topic/483753-warning-do-not-eat/#comment-5048944
  14. Second time I’ve bought one of these only to realise I like my OD very much coloured. I’m this is a really decent overdrive, just not my cup of tea. In decent used condition though has marks on the top of the transfer. £60 delivered to mainland UK.
  15. Damn this thread, had to buy one! A B-Stock butterscotch/maple board version to be precise (no pun intended). £245 delivered!
  16. It's not, I forgot to update it!
  17. Seems most likely explanation to me. I think the BSF was released in 2015 IIRC, so that might well be when the PCB was designed.
  18. Ah now I get it; soul food, they don’t want you to take it literally and eat it. How did I not see that before? Thanks for the warning EHX…
  19. Do not eat this Bass soul food. BTW, the binary has no ASCII value an Unicode is the French C with the squiggle underneath. The dec is 101914. whether that adds more information to the warning I don’t know. I have to find out so I can eat whatever it’s advising me not to.
  20. I have this it and it’s awesome. I liked it so much I bought the mini version to go under my pedal train mini.
  21. I had the pleasure to be the first person on BC to deal with Paddy. Bought a Panda Audio Future Impact synth pedal and the transaction went flawlessly. Deal with confidence.
  22. Trade options: an octave, preferably a Cog T-16 or an MXR bass octave deluxe. Hit me up with what you got, I can only say 'no thanks' right?
  23. Luckily, the presets are decent and the app easily lets you put uploaded (and rated!) patches on the pedal for easy recall. want the Bruno Mars 24k magic sound? There are about 3 versions, you don’t even need to tweak any parameters.
