  1. https://altomusicshop.myshopify.com the prices are bonkers, they seem too good to be true tbh!!
  2. …. getting a Pigtronix Gatekeeper Micro from Andy asap. It’s one sort of pedal that I don’t own yet. Not really into drives that much, maybe it’s because of the inherent noise lol. I’ll report back with my findings 👍🏻
  3. ... it's been a bit quiet on here of late. I think the pedals might be getting a bit bored 😜
  4. nice, they do indeed look like the more expensive variants. Any pics of the pre at all?
  5. … it has a drive element so can break up if wanted/needed. These two I’d say are more similar to each other than either the Silver Peg or Blue 360. I’ve used both the red and green gigging in a Motown band. With the red I can’t get any break up, but easily done with the green.
  6. Hey all, recently bought a Sfx Microthumpinator off Gerry. All went well and would happily deal with again no problem. Peace.
  7. … I did mention that at the start of the thread lol! Think the V2 are around £300 or so new, so a V1 for £200 is ok. I’m always surprised how some pedals hold their used values so well. Thing is I’ll probably end up getting a V2 alongside the V1 I already have at some point lol, I think I like collecting comps 😆
  8. … just a reminder the Beta Bass Overdrive is the Mk 2 version, they’re lovey pedals (I have two of them 😎). GLWTS.
  9. Just bought a chorus pedal from Stu for a friend. All good thanks 👍🏻
  10. Any thoughts anyone? In a live mix it’d be hard to tell the difference. Recording in a studio would be fine to tell the nuisances. Well, it could also be my cloth ears lol 😂
  11. …least they seem to have a plan!!
  12. PM’d for a mate 👍🏻
  13. … I know at some point I’ll end up getting one, to add to the collection 😆
  14. … the fact you can use it as a headphone amp is a complete win in my book 👌
  15. Hey all, just bought Nigel’s compressor pedal. Great process, questions answered promptly and very well packaged and quickly sent (one of the fastest BC transactions from start to finish I think). Wouldn’t hesitate to deal with again, Great BCer 👍🏻
  16. … how long did it take you to do that detailing on the Spectracomp Ped? Also did you need to get authorisation from the TCESCAS 😆 ?
  17. ... we should start an appreciation society for it: TCESCAS, has a ring to it lol 😆
  18. Yeah, that’s why I got a few. Someday I’ll try to get to grips with the finer points, but I won’t hold my breath lol!
  19. … can’t you save your edited toneprints then??
  20. … but for the used prices at the mo they are without a doubt very good bang for your buck!! … just out of interest Ped does your units serial no. come up correctly when using the editor?
  21. … I had two at one point, sold them both as I was on an analogue crusade (well still am kind of), but recently got one, err, and a spare 😎. Also have a Hypergravity full format to be able to have more control if needed. Just need to save some custom TonePrints with the Spectracomp settings in them!!
