    @LeftyJ thanks for taking the time dude, great info. Yeah it's a local shop so its marked up alright. They have a nice US Sub I have my eye on around the same price. Might be an option as I have an Ibanez six string and SX P bass I'm trying to shift and could use as part trade. Cheers for the info

    Dunno man, to be honest it sounds like my cheap passive jazz at the moment. Haven't really explored the tonal variations yet but I'd say it would have more poke than a trad jazz. Will try and do coupla demos.

    Purchased on reverb. Happy so far, fretboard was well used, gunky shall we say. Gave it a good clean and sanded the back of the neck a little and set up, plays well so far. Got for reduced price, now I know why! Seller was upfront to be fair. I'll give it a few weeks. These are beautiful basses, the white with maple neck and black pg is🤟 Haven't fully played but nice to have active jazz for 250 quid!

    Mr Dr., I dont have experience with these models. However, I have an SX P-bass in lake placid blue, fantastic bass for the money. Finish and fit is great as is stock pickup. On a par and better with Squiers I've played easily.

    Sounds good. Some good sound comparisons on the Anderson’s YouTube page. They definitely sound more present than Leo’s other basses.

    Hi guys, Since my Squier jazz arrived today, I now have a box to put this beautiful beast in. Plays a treat and the powerspan pickups are awesome just need to thin the herd. There is a small hairline scrape in headstock, apart from that this is like new played for 1-2 hrs tops since buying off ebay in October. Price includes postage, I believe there is a 2.5% import tax fee now (because Brexit) and this has been factored in also. Trades considered esp jazz bass/pickups Sold now Thanks for looking

    Lads, would be very interested in hearing how the l2000 sounds compared to say, a jazz or p. Just stumbled across g and l, seem to be like the fender unicorn. Love my jazz basses and couldn't get on with a ray so maybe these are good middle ground?
