  1. Also https://reverb.com/item/40810197-sterling-ray-35 Even after tax that's good value
  2. Unrelated but there's a lovely HH 4 string in guitarguitar.co.uk at minute. 799, bargain.
  3. Sounds amazing Even the P is modern sounding?
  4. Keir Would be interested in trying the ray34 CA, didn't know there was a jazz neck version!! Yeah I can't justify USA prices when I can get USA tone from ray34
  5. @TheGreek thats a good price Funny thing is the SUB 4 has a nicer neck, 38mm nut so if you stuck a 34 preamp (£150) in it you'd have a great bass too! Thanks
  6. Del, this is Michael, think I was talking to you before on adverts.ie If you send it to NI you can get around this if you have any relatives up there.
  7. @tegs07 I love it!! The 34/35 has different preamp to the sub ray4 etc. To my ears sounds like a stingray. All I want now is another one!!!
  8. Soundwise, they sound exactly like Ray. Build quality maybe not but I love my Ray34 to death.
  9. Shop around for a ray35, you'll find ones for 600-700 on reverb. There's one on here for £550ish! They are great instruments, I have a ray34 and it grunts, growls and sparkles like the stingray 4. You'll be lucky to get a SR5 under a grand. Only positive in full fat is resale
  10. Nice, m2000 are lovely
  11. I know, bit harsh sorry lad. Was in a weird mood. Thats a very cool diagram too.
  12. Old school tones on an L2000 is like driving a ferrari with the handbrake on. Oh well, your mileage may vary
  13. Jazz neck, noiseless pickups, p body https://www.guitarguitar.co.uk/product/pxp210615370464006-6604386--fender-deluxe-active-precision-bass-spec-maple-finge
  14. Seriously cool, just bought a sire jazz 🙄
  15. They do 6 month finance...
  16. Crap, wanted that L2000 😒
  17. M2000, slimmer neck. L2000 tributes are like a baseball bat. If you go US they have L1500 and L2000 on sale on pmtonline, cheapest I've seen anywhere.
  18. Wow, awesome price. I'm in Ireland
