11. Another one bites the dust, shame, bargain for whoever though.
 12.
Yes , unfortunately Mersey Music went about 3-4 years ago. I still see Danny occasionally as he lives by me.If you took over there in 78 then that was the year I moved to Liverpool so I probably missed you.Moved back in 84 and was in a few bands (and still am) Do you remember YKICKAMOOCOW or Colonol Bogey , The Twins or the Tabasco twins? All me. By the way..if you know Hedley..you may remember a young guitar prodigy called Dave Noble? Anyway The Variax will be picked up by me in the morning.
Wasn't that Saxaphone Jones's band? No don't remember a Dave Noble guitar, you'll know Kenny Goodlass then, Jimmy Cambell (not sure if he's still with us). Well done with the Variax, I like sound modelling just can't work it. Danny Murphy Senior still playing snooker then?
 13. Yes, I took over from Pete the Manager in 77/78 Danny, Hedley and Sue I think her name was, ran the music side, Mrs Rennie and Kim the records. You'll know Phil Caton the Drummer then! He was on the Wallasey scene. When Danny started Mersey Music he scored all the music stock at very convenient prices gave him a great start and he had a good reputation.
 14.
The seller has already stated pickup only and also the seller may not want the bother of packaging it up, there's also the issue of payment as there is no real secure way of doing a deal
Ooooops! missed that, sorry. Wallasey, I worked with Danny Murphy the Piano Man in Rumbelows...............ooooooer
 15.
Wish you were nearer to me , would have had this today but due to this robbing corrupt government it would cost me about £100 in fuel plus 10 hours travel. Hope you sell it mate
Acourier will cost about £15-20 Notes saving £80.00 which then makes the Bass a bargain
 16.
If you haven't already you might want to read GremlinAndys posts on waiting for his Hyperbass to be delivered in the Zons GearPorn thread: http://basschat.co.uk/topic/54706-where-are-the-zons/page__st__40 Not trying to put you off or anything - I have two Zons & I think they're the best basses money can buy.
Thanks Rhys, didn't realise it was Piccolo, I like the look of it, I'll ask if it can be normalised. I don't do "Solo" I just do bass, and sing, maybe I don't need that level of pose.......
 17. Just trawling the forum and spotted this old thread and your playing Danny, something else....reason for posting is...I have just enquired about a hyperbass direct from Zon, nothing special just a straightforward no xtenders altered tuning jobby just 'bog' standard. The bass looks amazing, I have had it priced in Black, solid black, no fancy wood, just black. Not sure if I will do it 7 month lead and 50% up front on a $6,000 bass.......something will have to go..... My knackers if Mrs Blondie ever found out. This could be a dream as I don't do fancy bass...
 18.
I have the latter.
Bring em all to the captains for an A-B test
 19.
And here's a rough video of All The Queen's Ravens from our gig on Friday night http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=h6_SQHwkPqI&feature=relmfu
There is nothing like 3 Chick singers in a band....
 20. Ok, it scream, I will authenticate its colour soon
