  1. I'll have to bail too Im afraid. Quote on refin/defret/new winding has put it out of my range atm. All the best
  2. ooh second dibs on project 1 please
  3. Beautiful instrument, great spec too. Alas I only have tradebait to offer, have a bump anyway!
  4. Great basses these, good luck!
  5. I've been loving the album since it came out. Journalistic hyberbole aside it has some wondrous moments (the cover of George Dukes 'For Love I Come), great genuinely inspired melody and awesome playing. A lot of the bass sounds are very processed (its FlyLo) and not immediately apparent. It references the past but there is real forward thinking in the production and playing. Still, hes no Mike Rutherford eh...
  6. Where are you Fatguy??
  7. Traded basses with David. Great comms and bass arrived supremely well packaged. Clearly one of the good guys, recommended.
  8. Sounds like a good deal, but if you want collection you ought to tell people where you're based. Good luck with the sale
  9. Great stuff, thanks. Such a great player and understated character
  10. Wow what a pair, dont know which I prefer. Have a Brizzle bump!
  11. Justin Chancellors tone is pretty awesome, and particularly original/unusual use of a Wal too
  12. The new Thundercat album 'Golden age of Apocalypse' has a very distinct sound (think he plays an MTD), loads of FX but great tone too, and some stunning fusion playing. He likes the upper register though where its easier to be more distinct
  13. Love a bit if synth sound, would Funkin for Jamaica have sounded as deliciously filthy on an old P? On a more contemporary tip the line to Justice' We are your Friends is awesome, great fun to play on a stringed instrument too
  14. Great stuff, thanks for sharing. Jacos best stuff was with Joni I always think
  15. Thank goodness, this has been taunting me with its curves
  16. I owned this beauty for a while, a cracking jazz for sure. She clearly needs a loving home type bump!
  17. Hi I'll take this please, can collect. I'll PM my mob, cheers G

Hey Mauro thanks mate, hope you well. Wookie sorry dont have the tech for soundclips. Suffice to say the 18v circuit gives plenty of headroom for most of the classic tones, and as I mentioned before can crank out a Stingray like toppy aggressive sound if thats your thang
