1. Downloaded the Goat album (World Music) this morning, it's fantasic!!
2. The Zoom exp pedal uses a TRS cable.
3.
Oh my god! I've done some recording for a guy who's started a band of 4 hammod organs with leslies. So heavy!!! This is the future of metal. Truckstop
4 Hammonds and Leslies?? I have to hear that!
4. Here's some details about the Moog: http://www.teaser.fr/~amajorel/ep2/
5.
The second one I listen to for fun. I'd like to say I do the first, but he played Bristol and I couldn't be arsed.
Khanate are great!!
6. The bonus of the Zoom emulation is it has a mid control, so none of that nasty scooped sound of the real Sansamp.

9. Oh good, I'm glad it's getting some proper use.
10.
Personally I can't wait. Not sure I have money to buy anything but I'm fascinated by what you might have!
Definitely!
11.
Noooooooooooo - the acoustic bit was cool - esp that tune "throat of winter" off the god of war soundtrack. The guitar work on that is ludecrous. If this acoustic set is similar to that double set they did for the lamentations gig which included almost if not all of damnation, it will be wet pants all round!!
Might not have been helped by the fact I saw them at the O2 Academy in Bristol, which usually has the worst sound of any venue ever.
12. The Zoom one is pretty good really, has about the same travel as my Dunlop Wah. The Moog had more travel but only about the first 5mm of toe down was useable, so it was pointless.
13. I have the Zoom exp pedal. Did have a Moog one, but it didn't work.
14. The Union Chapel is a fantastic venue! Saw Clint Mansell and the Sonus Quartet there a few years back. I'm a fan of Opeth too, but I didn't get into Heritage at all. And to be honest the acoustic portion of the show, on the last tour, bored the pants off me.
15. My band forced me into doing backing vocals a whiles back. Singing was bad and basslines suffered. But they kept on at me, in a positive way, and the basslines are as they should be and the vocals have improved a hell of a lot. I simplified the bass for when I was [s]singing [/s]shouting so I could concentrate in the vocals. Then when the vocals improved I worked on the basslines. Stick with it.
16.
But Beadie Eye, for instance, had 2 Marshall Plexis, 2 Marshall bass heads and 8x10s and 2 vox AC30s; Bellamy had his own amp and The Who had their own backline - seems odd that CW would be the only one to be handed something that wasn't his choice - so perhaps he's made the shift to Ampeg live?
And Madness had Ashdown... I only know that because of their facebook post.
17. Not bad, I think I paid around £100 for mine back in the 80s as an end of line clearance. I've been thinking about how I used mine. With bass I used it for a chorus effect, fine detune and some feedback. Was really nice. On guitar up and octave, full feedback and you got a great Big Black sounding guitar. I'm getting tempted again...

20. Hello old NXT. How you getting on with it?
21. I really liked my Trace Elliot Quad Chorus, until it went really noisy. Didn't really get on with the Digitech X-Series Bass Chorus it sounded really thin to me and the bloody thing ate batteries...
22.
Talking of which I have had a couple of Warwicks, I do enjoy the tone but the looks put me off a little, would there ever be a more 'conventional' Warwick i.e scratchplated?
Fortress 'Flashback'? Steve Bailey
23.
Yes , thats the thing I'm thinking of. Sorry to hear about the accident. ( they look nice and tidy.
I think the PSD-10 was the most expensive of all the micro racks. Just remembered another mate had the modulating delay that was brilliant. In fact they were all good really. There's a few of the 1/2 racks on ebay at the moment. But they're asking more than I'd pay these days.
24. I had the Pitch Shifter/Delay. It was pretty good, right up to when my mate ran 18v through it and burned out a few tracks on the pcb... One of these: http://www.dancetech.com/item.cfm?threadid=4174&lang=0 The keyboard control was fun.
25. I love his Hendrix USA type guitar!!
