  1. Just traded my US Elite Jazz with Brian’s Sandberg & Yamaha. Perfectly described, pleasant fella and we both drove to the midway point. Please deal with the utmost confidence!
  2. Good lord, get thee behind me. That is a thing of majestic beauty. GLWTS
  3. Open to cash offers and discussions of delivery etc.
  4. Why can’t you want an Elite Jazz!? WHY?!? 😂
  5. Hi All Just gauging responses really: I have a superb 2017 US elite jazz, in ocean turquoise. It is an absolute magnificent beast, perfectly balanced, amazing versatile and I can hand on heart say the best Jazz Bass I have ever owned. Got it from Karlfer of this very parish and I have subsequently sold all my other basses as I believe that this literally covered all my bases (no pun intended)! Have had WD Music make a pearloid pickguard, got a Fender branded hipshot x-tender installed, but have kept the original parts which would be included. However, I really want all the above spec but just need a little more thump occasionally, hence I am interested in seeing if someone has a US Elite Precision they would like to swap with me? Maybe a spectacular US precision? I would maybe consider a Stingray or a Yamaha BB2024x a Spector Euro Neck Through Jobby a 5 string variation on any of these would also be most welcome, otherwise no other trade or swap offers 😊 Otherwise make me a cash offer, worse I can do is say no! Any my questions just ask.
  6. Ewan is a super chap to deal with. Bought a Hipshot Extender off him, posted the next day and arrived promptly. Great comms throughout the transaction and would highly recommend doing business with.
  7. Back to the top with you. lots of interest, lots of fab offers & all responded to.
  8. Hi, I forgot to update that. I am based in Saltney which is just outside of Chester.
  9. Guitar Slinger Products in Germany. Was a princely £62 but it really looks period correct and is real Celluloid which is unimitatable. Hope this helps 🙂.
  10. Reluctantly back up for sale. Any questions please don’t hesitate to ask.
  11. So this is incredibly reluctantly up for sale here is my 1985 Made in Japan Jazz Bass. Based on a 75 reissue, it’s a truly stunning bass. I have made some significant upgrades to the stock bass. However I have kept the original pickguard, tuners and the Fender Gigbag. The Pickups have been upgraded to a House of Tone House Special J Pickup Matched Pair. These are based on the original pre-CBS Jazz Bass pickup design and really brings that classic J thump in the middle and the quintessential Jazz Growl to life and is certainly more fitting for this bass. I have also fitted the official fender covers for bridge and pickup, again it gives it that more classic vibe and creates that beautiful 70's look. I changed the tuners to Gotoh Lollipop tuners, I did however keep hold of the Clover tuners and these will also be included in the sale The pickguard is now a proper celluloid guard, I find this just looks more authentic and enhances the burst finish, the original red tort pickguard will be included. It weighs a rather nice 4.5kgs and sits well balanced on the shoulders. Currently setup with Rotosound Swing 66 gauge 45 rounds to get the absolute most gone out of this beast of a bass. Of course as to be expected with a 34 year old bass there are a few dinks and marks, I have included these in the pictures, nothing that affects the playability of this bass. Otherwise for its age this is in pretty stunning condition. I will be including an Armourdillo Hardcase to suitably protect this bass. Postage is included in the price, more than happy for people to come and visit and try out here in Saltney. With that in mind i'm looking for £750 all in. I'm not looking for any trades. Any other questions, please just ask. Thanks for looking.
  12. So reluctantly up for sale here is my 1994 Made in Japan Precision Bass. Based on a 62 reissue, it’s a truly stunning bass. I have made some significant upgrades to the stock bass. However I have kept the original pickup and pickguard and the Fender Gigbag. The Pickup has been upgraded to a House of Tone House Special P Pickup. This is based on the original P humbucker design and really brings that classic P thump to life and is certainly more fitting for this bass. At the same time I had the wiring loom upgraded to CTS 250k pots as the original wiring was... a little ropey. I have also fitted the official fender covers for bridge and pickup, again it gives it that more classic vibe and creates that Jamerson look to a T. The pickguard is now a brown tortoiseshell, again just to give it a more vintage vibe, the original red tort pickguard will be included. It weighs a rather nice 4kgs and sits well balanced on the shoulders. Currently setup with Rotosound Jazz 77 gauge 50 flats to get the absolute most gone out of this beast of a bass. Of course as to be expected with a 24/25 year old bass there are a few dinks and marks, I have included these in the pictures, nothing that affects the playability of this bass. Otherwise this is in pretty stunning condition for its age. I will be including an Armourdillo Hardcase to suitably protect this bass. Postage is included in the price, more than happy for people to come and visit and try out here in Saltney. With that in mind i'm looking for £650 all in. I'm not looking for any trades. Any questions, please just ask. Thanks for looking.

  16. I don’t believe so. I believe one has a pad for active instruments s’all.
  17. Good Day One & All! Up for grabs is my rather wonderful Glockenklang Blue Rock, what can I say about the wonderful German beast that you don’t already know? Unbelievably versatile, kicks like a mule, sounds great both recorded and in live situations you can plug anything into the front of this and it sounds pure bliss. Don’t let the name fool you either this can used for Funk, Metal, Dub and it’ll handle like a true world beating champ. Genuine reason for sale, in a much as it’s a little too overkill for me and the gigs I am doing. It is in overall wonderful condition, there are a few marks but to be expected with actual usage and if I am brutally honest I am loathed to see it go but needs must when the devil vomits in your kettle. I would be interested in trades for something a little smaller in Wattage like an EBS Reidmar 470/500 but would require some cash my way. But please don’t hesitate to contact me to discuss further. I am looking for £800, It will come with a Gator Padded Gig Bag & rack wings (currently unattached) and I am happy to ship (at buyers cost). Technical Spec from Glockenklang: Amplifier internally switchable between minimum impedance 4 or 2.7 ohms Internal dip Switch set to 4ohms: Max 1000 W @ 4 Ohm, 500 W @ 8 Ohm Internal dip Switch set to 2.7ohms: Max 900 W @ 2.7 Ohm, 600 W @ 4 Ohm, 300 W @ 8 Ohm Drive / Voice Section - Drive with foot switch The Drive control is for sounds from slightly torn to tube-like overdrive With the Voice control (which switchable to Drive is) one can additionally colour the sound 5-Band EQ with 2 switchable frequencies for the Low Mid, Mid and High Mid controls Input A & B FX loop Balanced DI out Dimensions (W x D x H): 320 x 280 x 88 mm Weight: 5 kg
  18. Hi All. Up for grabs is this rather fantastic Gotoh bridge. It retro fits on to bass with 5 screw bridges, no need for any additional drilling. Improves the over all tuning, tone and sustain of any bass. In like new condition, only briefly fitted to my 85 Jazz before deciding to go back to the BBOT so I could refit the covers. No box or screws, but will be very well packed for shipping. £20 posted to your door
