    Well I have a 2000 MIM Jazz, which as far as Fenders go, is near the bottom of the rungs. I find it has a few flaws, but they can all be fixed fairly cheaply when I pull my finger out (new pots, possibly new pickups). Out of what you've suggested i'd go for the CIJ 70's reissue.

    I think you'll be ok - the head handles a minimum of 2ohms and plugging both cabs in will give you ~3ohms. The bit telling you its 406watts @ 4 ohms is just information.
