    I have faith in Bob doing good stuff with some of the money. As an aside, the sale also includes all the songs on The Band's Music From Big Pink, so expect to hear The Weight all over the shop, too.

    I completely understand why he's done it. He's not alone - Stevie Nicks just sold hers for $80m - but it still makes me a little sad. Then you have companies like Hipgnosis (not the Storm Thorgerson lot) snapping up entire catalogues for investors. Urgh.

    The DI from my HandBox R-400 is beautiful. That, straight into a Focurite interface works for me.

    Appreciate the whole concept of relic'ing is an odd one to some, but I never saw the point of a relic'd bass with a non-Fender logo on it.
