  10. Whats the action set to? If its set too low you can lose clarity on the notes, try raising the action a bit and try again.

  21. Highly reccommend them, Ive used them to customise and set up many a bass of mine and its always a quality job with excellent customer service, John is a really nice guy and because they are actually guitar and bass luthiers they really know their stuff.
