A really nice easy project for someone with a bit more mobility than I unfortunately currently have in my right arm It's a 1999 Squier PJ with all the bits you need to create a lovely bass Although I would prefer to sell this as a complete bass - if there is enough interest in the various parts, I may be persuaded to sell in four 'job lots' as follows:- Solid hardwood - looks like Alder to me - 1999 PJ Body + the two scratchplates at £45.00 P - Special 1999 neck plusTuners and original Squier neck plate and screws at £65.00 Seymour Duncan Bassline PJ pickup set including wiring loom & controls at £45.00 Leo Quan Badass II Bridge plus screws Fender direct replacement at £50.00 Original finish aging nicely and in overall good condition with just a few marks from normal use & a small chip in the paint by the neck pocket - on the underside. Jazz A profile original neck and body both stamped Nov 1999. Fully functioning Trussrod and a couple of really nice upgrades in the form of a Badass II Bass Bridge, plus Seymour Duncan Bassline PJ Pickups and strap locks. Everything you need, including a used set of Flatwounds to build your dream PJ Bass. There are some additional screw holes where two different pick guards have been fitted, both pictured pickgurads are included and cover these screw holes when fitted. Postage to UK Mainland at cost. Any questions - please PM me

My lovely lightweight passive lined Fretless Kingbass Standard built late last summer - Specs are as follows:- Alder body, with book matched Ash facing Graphite neck with Phenolic lined fingerboard - the lines of which extend over the edge of the fingerboard making intonation a breeze. Plus, the position dots on the side of the neck are between the fret lines - as on a normal fretted bass and so making it easy to switch from fretted to Fretless. Controls are neck pickup volume, bridge pickup volume and master tone control - passive so no pesky batteries to keep changing. The weight is a tiny tad over 7lbs and the balance is perfect. Never gigged, home use only and in perfect, unmarked condition - comes complete with the original Status branded Hiscox flight case, which is also unused and immaculate. Plays like the proverbial dream with a wonderful low action all the way up the neck. I would obviously prefer cash on collection for such a valuable instrument, but if you have a trusted courier, you are welcome to arrange insured collection and delivery, if you are too far away to collect and payment via Bank Transfer. Big saving on new list price and no wait time. May be interested in taking a small Class D amp in p/x Thank you for your time and interest and please pardon the poor photography

Squier Jazz Bass Standard Sunburst for Sale - ON HOLD
dodgnofski replied to Svengali235's topic in Basses For Sale
Absolute bargain alert!! I had the PJ version of this, same year and it was a revelation I managed to set a 'playable' action as low as any USA Fender I've owned, or played over the past 40 odd years and actually lower than most - including a USA Hotrod PJ or even my Custom Shop '59 P Bass!! If this is anywhere near as good as my PJ - you won't want to put it down, they are just so easy to play GLWTS - but I'm sure you won't need it -
